The bed aren’t comfortable . The bathroom doesn’t have a washer (douchette) which is highly disgusting .

Rooms were clean and check in was quick - access to Novotel restaurant and bar was great - staff in both the bar and restaurant were really helpful - we could use our credit card - parking was perfect

The location and breakfast was very good .Some staff was also good
When I enter my room there was no telephone , no hanger to tie clothes , no dustbin and no water bottle . I have to complain for 2 time . I have go don’t and tell to Recption and there wax just one answer please don’t worry everything will be fine . We got phone after 2 days , WiFi use get disconnected automatically .And dinner is very expensive because of which we had only once and rest of time we have to go out .
