A colorful, well-located spot that offers a warm welcome to sporty travelers.
Pros:

Very welcoming person. Apartment full of character. Great location. Their is a kitchen and a fridge to share.

Cons:

The most bothersome issue is that the door cannot be locked. Since there are multiple bedrooms in the apartment, I couldn't lock my room when I went out. I had my computer with me, so I was forced to carry it in my bag throughout my stay, as I didn't want to leave it in an unlocked room. The toilet and shower are located in the same single room, so that space can quickly become occupied given the three bedrooms. One last important point: the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. There is no air conditioning in the room, though there is a fan.

Pros:

De locatie was echt prima, en het was heel fijn een eigen kamer te hebben.

Cons:

De kamer kon niet op slot en je had ook geen kluisje ofzo. Het was heel warm in de kamer en de ventilator mocht alleen aan als je zelf in de kamer was dus dat was wel even afzien vooral als je 's avonds laat terug kwam. De eigenaresse woont zelf ook in het pand, is geen probleem maar goed om te weten. Ze is heel vriendelijk maar haar Engels is niet heel goed waardoor het soms wat bot overkomt, dit is dus niet de bedoeling.
Als je in kamer 1 (volgens mij, iig de kamer bij de keuken) zit hoor je iedereen die naar de wc en keuken gaat en de kamers zijn ook niet licht dicht dus als iemand het licht in de gang/wc/keuken aan doet heb jij licht in je kamer.

Struttura molto accogliente, la padrona di casa ci tiene a far stare bene le persone che soggiornano, camera pulita ed anche il bagno in condivisione pulitissimo. Casa arredata in un modo eclettico molto interessante

Perfetto per una notte a Cadiz
Pros:

La proprietaria è italiana quindi è stato facile comunicare con lei, ci ha consigliato un parcheggio più economico rispetto a quello vicino all’abitazione. La struttura è accogliente e molto originale nello stile di arredamento.

Cons:

Nella stanza non c’era una vera e propria finestra, ma solo un apertura verso il corridoio interno che era l’unico modo per far passare un po’ d’aria.

La mujer que lo lleva es simpática y amable.

Cons:

Muchísimas hormigas tanto en el baño como en la habitación (no sé en las demás estancias pues no hicimos uso de ellas). La habitación no tiene ventanas, ni cerradura por fuera por lo que cuando no puedes cerrar tu habitación. Se nota que la limpieza se hace por encima, ya que el wc, ducha y cama están limpios pero si te fijas en el resto de cosas se nota que no se han limpiado en mucho tiempo.
