Resepsiyon karşılama çok kötüydü. Resimler ile gerçek farklıydı. Odada TV fotograflardan çok küçüktü ve TV çalışmıyordu.
Şehirden gelince Taxi otele kadar gelemiyordu. Havalimanında inip Otel servisinin gelmesini bekliyordunuz. Otel standartları 2yıldız bir otel gibiydi.

Great female receptionist, utterly disgusting poor service from male restaurant staff.
Pros:

Near to the airport. It's fine to walk over, but can be dangerous as it's the main road. We took the shuttle over.
Receptionist was really helpful in contacting You and Me by Cocoon collections, she managed to get all the necessary information for us: when the shuttle will pick us from this hotel. Which gate of seaplane departure we should go to, if no one is there what is the number we should call, who can we approach for help.

Cons:

1. I received email thanking me for staying with them, and to review the hotel even before I checked in, idk what went wrong with the hotel system.
2. I emailed and direct messaged the hotel asking for instructions as to how to get their shuttle service. Also to check on "review the hotel" even before I checked in. There was no reply from the hotel at all. Really poor service.
3. When I arrived at the airport, there were many hotel staffs waiting, but none from Hulhule! We had to ask the counter to call the hotel.
4. Staff at restaurant had really poor service. Receptionist told us that early breakfast would be ready by 5.30pam. At 5.47am, they started preparing the buffet table. (Our shuttle is at 5.55am). The food was cold! I requested to speak to the manager, staff told me: we have no one. When I said I'll write in, he stomped off and answered in a very rude manner: go and do that. Go. I've never encountered such rude service. Hulhule doesn't provide training for your staffs? Such a shame.

Hotel nie jest pierwszej nowości. To nie ma co kryć. Ale jest bardzo przyzwoity. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne. Super pomocna obsługa -Mery na recepcji pomogła nam w temacie lotu, za co Jej bardzo dziękuję!

Midnight and early-morning hospitality
Pros:

It's very close to the airport, clean, and has good facilities. The bathroom was a little dark but clean, and the shower was very comfortable.I like this shower.

Also, we checked in at 11 pm and checked out at 5 am, but they prepared an early breakfast for us, which was very helpful.
Talking about the shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel,
When I arrived at Airport, the shuttle was waiting for us. When check out, after we had an early breakfast, it came quickly and sent us to the airport.

The team was very knowledgeable, friendly and really helpful. The hotel was clean and the separate beach area to swim and snorkel was a great touch. The availability of toiletries were great and the selection of food at breakfast.

Cons:

The prices of a meal from the buffet restaurant was on the high side. The free shuttle service is great, we did have a very long wait for a bus after one drive off leaving us although we had made ourselves known.

Last minute booking, no regrets
Pros:

The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!
