Staff was good and cooperative.
Pros:

Location was good walking distance to Aya sophia and blue mosque, evening walk on seaside.

Cons:

Because this hotel is situated in buzy area so it will be noisy early morning and late night.

Deberían mejorar muchas cosas
Pros:

La ubicación es bastante buena, a pocos minutos andando del centro y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Por las noches había gente gritando en los pasillos, incluso una de ellas tuvimos que avisar a recepción para que hicieran algo porque eran más de las 00:00 y seguía la gente dando voces, no se podía dormir. Cuando bajamos tuvimos que esperar a que alguien terminase de desayunar para poder sentarnos en una mesa libre, el desayuno mal, muy poca variedad. La ducha fatal, no tragaba el agua al ducharte por lo que se acumulaba, muy desagradable, lo avisamos en recepción para que lo arreglaran para próximos clientes.

Too noisy, hot rooms, AC unit installed in rooms were not as per size of rooms, only 2 person allowed to go in lift at a time, breakfast not up to standards.Rooms size are not as displayed in pictures. Bathrooms had a very foul smell.

Als wir nach dem Abendessen ins Hotel zurückkamen, stand unsere Tür offen. Hotel Stuff hat uns angeschrien und gesagt, dass wir übertreiben und haben aggressiv angelehnt, und die Kameras des Flurs zu zeigen.

Dobra lokalizacja, sympatyczna obsługa

Cons:

Wada jest organizacja na śniadaniu- ostatniego dnia pobytu bylo duże obłożenie w hotelu co jest zrozumiałe jednak to aby nie panować organizacyjnie nad sala juz nie. Brak talerzy,szklanek,kubków,porozrzucane jedzenie i brak dokładania ciepłych posiłków jest nie do przyjęcia.

Bloß nicht in diesem Hotel übernachten!!
Die Unterkunft entsprach in wesentlichen Punkten nicht den auf der Plattform dargestellten Fotos (die laut Mitarbeiter mit KI verbessert sind). Nach unserer Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass das Zimmer erhebliche Mängel aufwies:
Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer,,intensiver und dauerhafter Geruch nach Abwasser bzw. Kanalisation,
erhebliche Lärmbelästigung aufgrund unzureichend isolierter Fenster,
schwarzer Schimmel im Badezimmer.
Darüber hinaus war die Erreichbarkeit der Unterkunft mit Kinderwagen *eingeschränkt*. Zwar befand sich neben der Treppe eine Rampe, diese war jedoch blockiert und *nicht* nutzbar. Daher mussten wir den Kinderwagen mit unserem Säugling sowie unser Gepäck wiederholt über die Treppen tragen. Unterstützung durch das Personal wurde uns hierbei nicht angeboten.
Da die genannten Mängel erst nach dem Check-in erkennbar waren und kurzfristig keine alternative Unterkunft verfügbar war, waren wir gezwungen, zu übernachten. Keine Stornierung möglich.

Besonders belastend war der * starke Abwassergeruch * im Zimmer. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin erklärte ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, dass dieser Zustand nicht behoben werden könne und mit dem Kanalisationssystem vor Ort zusammenhänge.

Zur Dokumentation der Mängel haben wir Fotos und Videos (die sind aber von anderen Urlauber auf TripAdvisor-Seite) angefertigt und bereits beigefügt bzw. stellen diese gerne zur Verfügung.
