I loved this hotel,it was my second time staying there,the first was 3 years ago. Back then it was cleaner and newer,but it’s still a very good place and I enjoyed it. But take the earplugs,the roosters go crazy all night long
The farm sounds
I checked out after 1 night. the bed sheets had not been changed, as there was was sand or food in the bed and ants biting me. the rooster outside my window didnt stop for hours. No bottled water, I ordered breakfast and they couldnt supply the vegetarian things on the menu so I checked out. overall the place could have been better. the service was average, menu looked ok, just too many things wrong to let spoil my holiday where I got engaged. I asked them how much to upgrade my room , they told me 900,000 per night, considering I could get the remainder of my 4 days in ubud for 500,000 for 4 nights in a villa where ive stayed before, I opted for the better choice.
the fact the bed was dirty, the staff just ordinary at best, kitchen could not supply breakfast for a vegitarian as they were out of stock, rooster crowing half the night, the place just had enough things wrong to make me leave. when they told me an extra 900,000 per night to change room, I was done. In their favour, they did have a nice looking bathroom with a great smelling bodywash.

Rooms were nice and large and loved that our roomed backed onto the pool which made it easy to cool off without having to leave our room, the staff were so lovely and friendly!
Only issue is the rooster farm next door but after the first couple of days you barely noticed it.

I love everything about this hotel. This is my 4th stay here and it is wow factor every time. The room is stunning.and bed ultra comfortable. Gorgeous relaxing pool. Perfect location close to all the fun of Seminyak. Will definitely stay again

The breakfast included had really good options. Super close to the Main Street of Seminyak with restaurants and shopping. The staff were very accommodating when I messed up my dates and needed an extra night!
The noise from the waterfall in the pool was going all night so kept me awake at times.
Everything was awesome except the roosters.
The rooster farm next door. All day and night the roosters carried on.
On departure they tried to stitch us up for a damaged curtain. Not pleased about that.
Beautifull accomodation with very nice people. We also had a nice dinner.
Really nice and friendly staff.
Not about the property but it’s located at a very busy road so it’s a bit tricky to walk to/from the hotel. But this is not the hotels fault off course!
