Beautiful place, clean, with attentive staff
Pros:

Staff responded quickly to requests, including showing how to turn on the hot water and connect the tv to the internet. The buffet breakfast was nice.

Cons:

At the buffet breakfast, we apparently, could have ordered eggs to our liking. No staff ever told us this and we only learned of this choice after breakfast on the last morning. It was as if the information were withheld to make their job easier. Also, an old front desk clerk pulled the routine of pretending to ignore me while reading her magazine. Everyone else was quite nice.

Nicest hotel in Pagadian.
Pros:

First of all this hotel is in the provinces and is hands-down, the nicest one in Pagadian. That said you need to measure your expectations. This is a very nice place and they work really hard for you to enjoy the experience.

The room is comfortable,the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom .the entry to the bathroom is tight,the door could not be fully open and the sink is too big,so you have to enter sideways especially if the person is on,the bigger side.
The water on the shower floor drain slowly ,you will be standing on a pool of water.

Pros:

Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. Nice living room n large bedroom

Cons:

Large bathtub was more of safety hazard than luxury due to risk of slipping when getting in n out of it. A smaller but safer bathtub would have sufficed. Can use extra toilet paper in bathroom too, as well as facial tissue box. I suggest add a liner to window drapes to filter the sunlight n for privacy, and switch to wall shampoo n body wash for environmental concerns.
