Clean room. Staff is also friendly and few restaurants near by.
The room had no windows and I felt like the room was little compact.

total disaster. Ince I had few meetings I booked a deluxe room which should have a large room with sofa and coffee table etc. but the property manager reported that they do not have any such rooms and put me in a room which was a very compact and standard room. Moreover, despite of several complaints they never attempted to resolve same. In the early morning when I used shower, I realized that there is no water and I ended up leaving (checking out) without even taking a shower. Upon complaint at the front desk, rather than regret, they felt offended and making me realize that I should raise a complaint. This was a most disastrous stay in my recent past.

The property seemed “ok” in our first stay. 3 nights.
Pricey for the quality and limited services. But again Manageable. Nothing too fancy. Food choices were basic. Room service menu is Too Over Priced for the quality.
2nd stay - two nights. - Very BAD. Rooms had very very bad and unbearable smell. They tried to control it but it was just too much to handle. Because of which I ran into breathing trouble. I tried the other room which was slightly better. But same smell issues prevailing.

Advice -avoid staying in 301 and 305
Executive King rooms are not worth the prices and facilities. And either very bad maintenance or some drainage fault is there. They need to fix immediately.

Staff behaved ok.

This is just a place to stay. If that is your goal. Then recommend it.

I have had bad experiences in Hyderabad so wasn’t expecting much. Place is still new and clean so better than I expected. Easy to get to the financial district. Would stay again
