Os funcionários foram incríveis durante toda a estadia, sempre muito simpáticos, atenciosos e prestáveis. Demonstraram um cuidado especial com todos os detalhes, inclusive ao lembrarem-se de um aniversário e prepararem um bolo de aniversário, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial.

Große geräumige Zimmer, Frühstück war abwechselnd und gut, Anlage war gepflegt, Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Hotel könnte in Summe liebevoller sein, Dachterrasse war wenig einladend - sehr lieblos, ebenso die Fassade könnte einen Refit vertragen, kleinere optische Reparaturen und refittings würden das Hotel in Summe besser abschneiden lassen bzw. den Rest einfach gerechter werden und eine halbe Note besser beurteilt werden können.

Pros:

We loved our stay here! The location is fantastic and close to everything. The staff are super friendly and helpful if you need anything. Our room was so spacious and well decorated. The shower pressure was also excellent which can be rare in hotels. We also loved the sweet treats every evening before bed!

Cons:

The breakfast could definitely be better and have more variety. The WiFi was also not that good which wasn't a huge issue, but could be for some people.

Pros:

We enjoyed the seamless all-in service offerings from transfers airport to hotel, tour and island activity bookings, to check-in to our hotel, breakfast and cafe. We were spoiled by staff with their hospitality. The whole place was maintained well and rooms were immaculately cleaned and stocked. I loved the little details like having an emergency sewing kit and mosquito repellent, and night time snacks being delivered to our room every afternoon. Very well organised and managed. The breakfast buffet is delicious and what a great, calm start to the day. The day beds in the beach front is breathtaking. I can stay there all day!

Cons:

The wifi connection to our room could improve. I had 5G data so it was not a big issue for me.

Personalul foarte amabil, șezlonguri pe plaja, poziția hotelului foarte bună, masajul incredibil.

Cons:

Micul dejun destul de slab, puțin opțiuni la meniul internațional, fără pâine si foarte puține fructe locale.
