Wonderful!
Pros:

Matt was super helpful, as was everyone at the property. Matt booked all of our tickets to the attractions in Zhangiajie. He also called me in the States using WeChat to go over the details in advance.

Luxury on a budget 😍
Pros:

The manager and his family were very accommodating, really friendly, and very helpful.

Cons:

The management team they work with were more bothered about selling me a park pass than helping me get to the hotel. Not helpful when you’re trying to locate the hotel with the taxi driver, after they’d sent me to the wrong place. The hotel is not walking distance from the South Gate, so don’t take their advice and go there.

My advice is to give the driver the hotel managers contact number on route, and get them to get clear directions.

Lovely hotel, lovely team.
Pros:

The location was pretty good, you are 30min away from the south gate of the National Park forest by foot. The family that owns the hotel is lovely and very helpful even though they don't speak English. And in case they have an assistant with whom you can speak English. And our room was really cute.

Cons:

We just needed a fridge maybe with the heat there was.

Great high standing option near Zhangjiajie national park!
Pros:

Very classy, big rooms in a beautiful boutique hotel! Helpful and friendly staff. Great location very close to one of the entrances of Zhangjiajie national park. I totally recommend!

Lovely Boutique Hotel But Best Experience

Location was so perfect and very quite,close to park entrance. We was very impress by the host kindness. They picked us up from the airport with reasonable price . the ower even drop us off in the front south gate of forest park in the morning. we spent a good time at this pretty hotel

Great location , very proximity to national park by foot or they offer shuttle service to drop u off at south gate. Warm and helpful staff assist with booking the national park ,glass bridge.

We had a relaxing day.
Pros:

The location is good, which is close to the south gate of park(not crowded at all), the room is well design with good view. The staff was so nice to help get all the tickets for the must- see attractions in Zhangjiajie.

Great Location , Very Kind staff and Good restaurant
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful for our trip . they arranged the airport pick up and helped me booked us tickets for the park and Tianmen Mountain. Great location for the park. You can walk 20 minutes or they can drop you in the front of park entrance.
