We all had a comfortable and fun stay.
Pros:

We like that the room is very spacious. Very homey feel.

It is located within a compound in New Bahru so there are a lot of shops and food establishments nearby.

Cons:

Rooms can be very far from the lift however, there are access to stairs near the rooms.

All request upfront was not executed and I had to ask again after check in. However they did came into action once I ask

Pleasant, worth the money. Cool spot but far from the classic hawkers.
Pros:

The location was good and bad. We liked that it has a lot of new resuturant/bar vibes but it was too far away from many city attractions and hawker centres. Amenities were good but the place was not set up to what was requested/discussed prior to landing.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, excelente servicio y buen diseño del espacio. Todo lo que necesitas para una estancia de una semana (buena cama, espacio de trabajo, espacio de relax, cocina y baño).

Cons:

Las máquinas de aire acondicionado están muy cerca de la ventana y se escucha el ruido lo cual podría incomodar el descanso. La cocina podría estar un poquito más equipada

24時間スタッフの常駐、車が入りやすい、部屋が広い、
チェックアウトの時の女性スタッフの対応が良かった（空港までのアクセスに詳しいことや、手配したタクシーを最後まで見てくれたこと）

Cons:

湿気、掃除がない分、替えタオルの希望に用意があれば良かった、洗濯ができない（ランドリー）
ロビーのコーヒーや紅茶はサービスでも良いのでは？と思いました。

Great stay, nice place
Pros:

Alma house is located at a thriving scene with a shop underneath and many restaurants (the taco shop was really good).
The room also comes with a laundymachine.
Staf notified me kindly i forgot my charging cable.

Cons:

There was a pole located next to the bed that made it difficult to get out. On the other side, the bed was against the wall.
Also there was no salt, pepper, oil, washing detergent etc so if you want to use that, you have to buy it yourself.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

La proximité de tous

Cons:

Espace de vie fermée pas de bus à l’extérieur. On se sent enfermé et on est obligé d’allumer la lumière tout le temps. Pas de verre. Sinon l’appartement est moderne, assez grand pour tout une famille, chambre confortable et douche moderne.

Pros:

Place is near places we want to visit.
Place is surrounded by restaurants plus there is nearby supermarket adequately selling all our needs.

Cons:

Not enough towels for 4 occupants. Additional towels need to be requested from reception according to housekeeper.
No iron and ironing boards
No coffee/tea satchets.

Will not stay again.
Pros:

It was a spacious stay and a hip location with supermarket and restaurants.

Cons:

While the space was spacious, it lacked storage. It wasn't well designed i.e. lots of floor space, but not enough space to put luggage, sit down etc. The bathroom was also constantly wet after a shower and not enough towels were provided despite the design of the bathroom. The sofa bed was quite short, and should not be advertised to fit an adult.
