Perfect location for good price
Pros:

We really enjoyed staying at Alma House. Room was rather small and simple, but for the price it is very reasonable. Location is perfect! New Bahru is very cosy and cheerful place with children playground, good grocery store and some small unique shops in the same building as Alma House. (don't miss the book store on the 3rd floor) It is easy to walk around and many sight seeings are pretty near to the stay. Staff is nice and friendly, ready to help with any trouble.

Cons:

Small fridge in the room would make the stay superb.

Exceeding expectations.
Pros:

Staff couldn't do enough to help. If I had any requests they were dealt with promptly and courteously. Really loved the location. On the ground floor there is a handy supermarket along with a number of restaurants/cafes. When you want to travel further afield it's only a 10 to12 min walk to the MRT, but there is also a free bus shuttle available with drop off and pick up in Orchard. The apartment itself had all the necessary facilities - and great value for money considering the cost of similar size rooms in Singapore.

Cons:

Nothing. It was even better than I expected. When I return to Singapore I will be rebooking.

Pros:

Die Lage war super. Man konnte viel zu Fuß erreichen und auch Bus und MRT waren nah. Der Supermarkt im Komplex war klasse... Ganz kurze Wege....

Cons:

Leider wurde täglich früh morgens der Supermarkt beliefert, was etwas laut war, da unser Apartment zum Innenhof (Parkplatz) lag. Man hat sich aber daran gewöhnt und es wäre kein Grund, nicht wieder im Alma House zu buchen.

Pros:

　スタッフの対応が親切、丁寧でした。メールでのやり取りによるコミュニケーションは効率効果的だと感じました。

Cons:

　運悪くcheck-inの日とCheckoutの日が清掃日だったため滞在中に清掃がありませんでした。タオルは毎日交換して欲しいです。

Freundlich, aber Möblierung nicht optimal

Freundliches Personal, große Zimmer

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei verschiedene Zimmer, und im einen war das Bett oben und seitlich an der Wand, im anderen Zimmer seitlich und unten plus ein hohes Kopfteil zum Raum hin. Das heißt, ein normales Aufstehen aus dem Bett war jeweils nur für eine Person möglich, die andere musste unten rauskrabbeln bzw. über den Partner drüber. Vielleicht waren die Möbel nach Feng Shui gestellt.

Very good

Cons:

Only issue - staff were unable to confirm until arrival whether cot would be provided - we therefore had to fly with bulky travel cot, and on arrival were informed they had sourced one - so grateful that one was provided but if there is any way that this could be confirmed even only 24hr prior to arrival would save parents the stress of yet another piece of baggage to keep track of!

All request upfront was not executed and I had to ask again after check in. However they did came into action once I ask

We all had a comfortable and fun stay.
Pros:

We like that the room is very spacious. Very homey feel.

It is located within a compound in New Bahru so there are a lot of shops and food establishments nearby.

Cons:

Rooms can be very far from the lift however, there are access to stairs near the rooms.

Pleasant, worth the money. Cool spot but far from the classic hawkers.
Pros:

The location was good and bad. We liked that it has a lot of new resuturant/bar vibes but it was too far away from many city attractions and hawker centres. Amenities were good but the place was not set up to what was requested/discussed prior to landing.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, excelente servicio y buen diseño del espacio. Todo lo que necesitas para una estancia de una semana (buena cama, espacio de trabajo, espacio de relax, cocina y baño).

Cons:

Las máquinas de aire acondicionado están muy cerca de la ventana y se escucha el ruido lo cual podría incomodar el descanso. La cocina podría estar un poquito más equipada
