Il y a du bon et du moins bon.
Pros:

- Appartement calme (à l'opposé des restaurants)
- Assez spacieux (1 adulte et 2 adolescents)
- Lave linge / sèche-linge très pratique
- Fer à repasser sur demande
- Produits de bonne qualité (ils sentent très bon)

Cons:

- Accueil très médiocre. À mon arrivée, pendant 5 minutes, je me suis demandée si j'avais à faire à un réceptionniste ou à un client travaillant dans l'espace commun.
- L'entrée n'est pas clairement indiquée. J'ai mis beaucoup de temps à trouver le fameux ascenseur vert !
- J'avais demandé à préparer le canapé lit pour mes enfants, il n'était pas prêt à mon arrivée.
- Le ménage laisse à désirer. Il y avait des cheveux derrière la porte à mon arrivée. Ils étaient toujours présents après la seule journée de ménage.
- Douche à l'italienne possédant une petite parois ce qui ne permet pas de garder la salle bain au sec.
- Le canapé-lit est inconfortable.Mes 2 adolescents étaient obligés de dormir sur le lit avec moi.
- Manque de rangements. Tout est resté dans nos valises pendant 1 semaine.
- Des odeurs désagréables émanent des toilettes (pas très écologique mais je conseille de laisser la climatisation tournée avec la porte de la salle de bain ouverte)
- En 9 jours, le ménage n'a été fait qu'une seule fois.
- Attention, dépôt de garantie demandé à votre arrivée.

Es war sehr angenehm und das Personal auf Anfrage stets willig zu helfen.
Pros:

Sauberkeit und Personal waren top.

Cons:

Leider ist das Schlafsofa überhaupt nicht bequem. Wir hatten es ausserdem
bereits bei der Buchung angefragt und mussten dann vor Ort trotzdem nochmals nachfragen, ob man es bereit machen konnte. Danach haben wir keine richtige Decke dazubekommen. Diese mussten wir dann nochmals anfragen. Das ist grundsätzlich nichts schlimmes. Für unseren Aufenthalt von 5 Wochen hätten wir uns da jedoch etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht.

Cons:

Very busy around New Bahru so if you don’t like crowds then it doesn’t feel very peaceful around the area. Hotel itself was fine and the lounge was a beautiful space to escape and relax

Pros:

There is a supermarket and several nice restaurants on the ground floor of the building. It is quiet at night. During the day there are a lot of people but the atmosphere is relaxed. The bus stop is a few minutes away.

Gut aber nicht meinen Wünschen entsprechend.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war hinreichend ausgestattet und ruhig.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, auch nach dem geplanten Putztag. Die Lounge, wo man sich theoretisch hätte hinsetzten und arbeiten können, war oft reserviert für private Events, also nicht nutzbar.

Pointless. With no facilities, you only offer somewhere to wash and sleep, and you utterly failed with the owners choice

The location and the staff

Cons:

You do not have a restaurant. It does not have a gym. It does not have a spa. The ONLY provision is somewhere to wash and sleep and that joke of a mattress was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever paid to sleep on. Utter failure for a property that can only provide a good night’s sleep with no other facilities.
I have lived in Singapore for over 4 years and I have advised all of my friends to avoid it like the plague and to never make the mistake of staying there - or for their visiting family and friends.

Don't stay there they will charge you extra big amount for small tower stain
Pros:

Don't have ... Not like place

Cons:

Paid $216 for a small tower stain and the workmanship was very disappointing. The quality did not match the price at all. Poor finishing, looks rushed, and definitely not worth the amount charged. Would not recommend based on my experience.
