Sarcastic Manager Catherine in a Lousy Hotel
Pros:

The Malay receptionist on 11th Feb 2026 evening.

Cons:

The manager Catherine was a very rude and very sarcastic woman and she hung up the phone on me when I called and didn't want to pick my call when I called her back. Her number is the only contact Booking has in your system; Unlike the Malay Receptionist, she was very helpful and kind and understood my situation. Women like Catherine the manager shouldn't be in the hospitality Industry.

The location was lousy, the hotel had a bad moldy smell and I checked out with a bad allergy reaction which caused a swollen face and breathing issues.
