A great hotel but with major WIFI issues
Pros:

The view from the balcony of the mountains and valley is superb. The bed is comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is central yet away from any noise. The hotel is spotlessly clean and breakfast is tasty. All these encouraged us to extend our stay.
Unfortunately, one thing was a major failing. The WIFI connection was practically non existent. It’s the worst I’ve experienced in all my travels. Hope this gets sorted for future visitors.

Great stay, exactly as detailed in the description. Tea is great.
Pros:

Breakfast with Himalayan view is great
Room service is very good
Had a hiccup at the checkin time, but was resolved without any issues

Cons:

Hot water could have worked better, had to use kettle for heating water 3 out of 4 days
Dogs next door communicate loud, few times in the nights :)

A better coordination with kitchen stuffs....somedays the spread was very minimal ....but the staffs were good and tried their best to provide everything with limited resources.

Location....Front office and checkin.....More of a guest house than a hotel.

Hotel Pawan Regency exceeded my expectations with its warm hospitality and spotless, spacious rooms. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the market and key attractions. The terrace offers awesome views, and the availability of parking is a bonus.
