I and my elder sister went alone for the first time and the hotel is very safe for girls. The breakfast here was also yummy. The behaviour of the staff was very calm and we liked it a lot.

It is out of the main market area. Difficult access.
Owner is a crook. Be very careful in dealing with him. He will offer a service without quoting a price and then once it's time to pay he will extort money. For a e-rickshaw ride that usually costs 400 he kept insisting we take the ride without confirming the cost. Then after we got back he asked for 1000 saying that is the price. He offered to book railway ticket and then asked for twice the money.
Hotel Manager Mr. Neetish is the highlight of the stay. He is an all rounder customer centric manager that makes sure each customers needs and travel expectations are met with utmost precision.
The hotel team are well mannered and friendly, you can ask for Chai 24/7 and rejuvenate yourself from the day to day hustle of this ancient city.
No hotel around here compares to their customer service. Location is central for ease of access, an auto can be hailed outside the entrance.
For new travellers to Govardhan do stay here in confidence and I hope the hotel management keeps up their excellent services.

the hotel is very very clean. The staff are super helpful - the front office even made me hot adrak-elaichi tea at 1130 pm when I returned from my Parikrama. Plus I had a special request for someone to massage my feet as I was doing the parikrama 4 times. the hotel found someone for that too...I am VERY happy with the service
