Staff remembered me as I have there a few times already.
They were helpful and friendly.
Beds are very comfortable.
Rooms are lovely.
Next to a small shopping center which is very convenient.
Soap dispensers is out of reach from the bathtub.
Coffee machine needs a filter reset after every use.

Requested for early check in and they allowed for that and i asked him to call me but receptionist didn't call me for early check in and i seem he didn't care.
Amazing hotel. Great staff, fantastic pool, wonderful breakfast and unbeatable location overlooking the lake. You can also see the big Pagodas from the terrace. In addition, we got a free upgrade to a wonderful superior suite, which was just amazing. Will come back for my next trip to Yangon! The Spa is also fantastic and had a wonderful tradional Burmese massage.

This is my usual lodging.Of all the hotels in Yangon, this one is the best in every respect.

The hotel room is tidy, comfy and very spacious. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Nearby restaurants and a shopping mall (in the same building). Recommended as the first choice to stay in Yangon.
