Pros:

A acomodação é excelente e conta com todos os utensílios necessários.
A Adrienne esteve em contato conosco o tempo todo e foi extremamente solícita e gentil. Inclusive, permitiu que fizéssemos o check-in mais cedo, o que foi muito gentil da parte dela.
Além disso, todos os funcionários foram extremamente educados e resolutivos.
E o local é uma gracinha e te faz sentir realmente em Curaçao.

La habitación muy cómoda, espaciosa, bien ambientada y con todo lo necesario de cocina. Sumado al personal que fue súper amable!!

Nos atendeu plenamente.
Pros:

Estivemos por 7 dias no hotel, gostamos bastante, a localização é muito boa, o quarto atendeu nossa necessidade, os funcionários muito atenciosos e gentis.
A estrutura também é muito boa.
Em especial o atendimento era sempre muito rápido, a recepção foi ótima!

Cons:

Só tinha uma limpeza durante a estadia, que não era um problema, no entanto não foi reposto o condicionador e nem o papel higiênico, então acho que faltou um pouco de atenção a esses detalhes, mas não nos atrapalhou.
O ar condicionado era muito barulhento.
E o banheiro com o box apenas na lateral, faz com que encha o banheiro de água, além de danificar a própria mobília.

O quarto é grande, a cama é boa, funcionários no geral bem prestativos.

O banheiro não tem box completo, fazendo certa bagunça. E houve um episódio no qual solicitei uma ajuda pessoal à gerência e nem me responderam.
