Beds and linens were very comfortable. Design and functionality excellent. Breakfast was lovely.
A few things didn’t work quite right - light switches would work and not work. Shower door was missing.

Pre-communications through booking, a proper arrangement for someone pick us up from the bus station.
A most welcomed reception with all the details introduced to us, where to visit, how to go to the location we planned to have the island tour, everything!
Breakfast boxes were arranged if we missed the breakfast period.
Beach towels prepared since they know we were going snorkeling the following day.
Helped to book a taxi with driver help picking up the luggage...

Excellent boutique hotel in eth heat of the old city of Split. Everything was outstanding- especially the staff who were amazing.
The location was perfect. The staff was so accommodating. Breakfast was so plentiful with made to order items as well. We had a very early flight so they had a bag waiting for us at checkout packed with sandwiches and fruit.
The hotel location is exceptional! The staff are top notch. The breakfast is great! The staff met us outside the walls to escort us to the hotel.
Nothing! Just note that the rooms tend to be on the smaller side due to being in a historical building. That only added to the charm for us! We had plenty of room!
Beautiful location
The staff was really nice, giving us a lot of good information on the city, history, restaurants, things to see… We loved the room, it was very comfortable and quiet, even in the middle of the old town. The breakfast was great, a lot of variety, and a nice opportunity to meet the other guests.
Authentic, clean, proximal to everything and so fun. I highly recommend!
I could have used 2 more pillows for support during sleep.
