Great location and staff

Lovely stay in fascinating Split
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of variety at breakfast with wonderful homemade baked goods, hot options and
very good coffee.

Cons:

Lighting in bathroom very poor. Nowhere to sit outside. The exterior photos show tables which are actually owned by a restaurant independent of the hotel.

Would recommend unconditionally to anyone wanting a central historical location.
Pros:

Central location, brilliant staff, just 7 very comfortable rooms. They met us off the ferry and at the end of our stay arranged our timely transfer to the airport.

Amazing stay in the historic Diocletian's Palace
Pros:

Location is excellent, within the Diocletian Palace, and walkable to all the major attractions, the waterfront, and restaurants. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is well sized and the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

The shower (and sink) could be better - it took a while for hot water to come, maybe that's the result of being located in a historic building ? The furniture in the room tends to be a bit dark, a lighter color palette could be nice.

A wonderful stay at Murum Hotel!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our recent stay at Murum Hotel in Split. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. We received an email and WhatsApp message before our stay with lots of useful information, and the team even helped us with our luggage from the taxi drop-off point and guided us through the Diocletian Palace to find the hotel. Such a thoughtful and personal touch!

We stayed in a Superior Room, which was beautifully comfortable, with a super king-size bed, excellent air conditioning and the most wonderful feature of all — the original Roman walls. It was a real treat to stay somewhere with so much history and character.

Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and freshly cooked eggs available to order. There was something for everyone.
The location is absolutely superb, just a few metres from the main Peristil Square. Despite being right in the heart of the Diocletian Palace and so close to the main sights, the hotel was incredibly peaceful. We were amazed at how quiet it was and barely heard any background noise.

A truly special place to stay, made even better by the wonderful staff. We would absolutely recommend Murum Hotel and would love to return! ❤️

A great way to be introduced to the lovely people of Croatia!
Pros:

The staff could not have been more helpful. You cannot drive there so they met our car and walked us to the hotel carrying our bags! They made reservations for us and checked on us often to see if we were enjoying our selves. Also, again, walked our bags to our waiting car❤️

Lovely small, friendly boutique hotel in a great old town location.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, in the centre of the old Roman walls of the Diocletian's Palace. There is an excellent restaurant downstairs in the little square. While there is no bar or room service, the restaurants downstairs were very happy to make us a drink to take away and bring the glasses back later. Once you are in your room, there is no noise from downstairs which was great. The rooms are super comfortable, great Aircon which was essential in the summer. We had the top floor room with the terrace which was lovely, a bit of a breeze and lovely views over the rooftops.
