Having visited the Hotel Murum in the past, i knew exactly what to expect and was not disappointed, it is a top quality hotel and although situated in the middle of the Old Town in Split (Diocletians Palace) the area was exceptionally quiet at night time and very easy to find. A special shout-out to the staff who could not have done more to assist me during my stay and due to early departure to catch a flight from Split airport supplied me with a take away breakfast that surpassed other breakfasts i have had during this tour of Croatia !!

It’s a bit of a walk to the parking, we had to find our own way on arrival due to some comms issues
The service from even before we arrived was first class. They emailed me a couple of weeks before we arrived to ask if they could assist us with getting to the hotel as it is in a pedestrian only area. Every day we stayed they asked what our plans were so that they could advise us on the best things to do and how to get there. So well situated in the old town which used to be the Palace of an Emperor in 3rd Century AD called Diocletian. First time I’ve stayed in a palace.
Nothing at all. It was faultless. The sheets pillow cases and towels were all monogrammed. Bed comfortable pillowed nice and plump. Tea/coffee in the room. Nice large bathroom and a beautiful balcony overlooking the old town.
Amazing staff
Lovely small boutique hotel well positioned in the heart of the Split Old City . The staff and service were outstanding and the rooms are spacious, modern and well appointed. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great. Staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The hotel being inside of the palace was an amazing experience.
I have no complaints. Everything was great. It was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. My husband and I will likely be back! I wish we could have stayed longer.
