The hotel is in the very centre of the old town and palace with excellent restaurants in the below square. Staff were very helpful and rooms extremely comfortable, balcony rooms were great.

Fantastic intimate hotel right in the centre of historic Split. We loved the rooms ( with ancient Roman walls) and the tasty breakfast buffet. The staff were all so helpful and made our stay really special - even giving us a box of chocolates when we checked out.

Lovely breakfast with lots of choices of fresh fruit, cereals etc.We also had a lovely cooked breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the ladies.
As we were continuing our travels they assisted us with booking our ferry trip and even arranged a local to collect us and takes us and our luggage to the port for no cost.
All the staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful we have encountered in our travels.

In the middle of the old town thiis is a classy place. Well appointed and luxurious. Staff were lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was a combination of buffet and made to order. Lovely room with comfy bed.
Bit hard to find in the old town as it is hidden away but once you know it is easy tp find. Steps to reception are difficult if you have heavy luggage or are unable to navigate, but staff are happy to assist. The pressure in the shower was a bit weak.

O estacionamento disponibilizado é pequeno , já estava cheio, tivemos q deixar o carro em estacionamento pago ( a alternativa era deixar a chave com um colaborador , que não era funcionário do hotel, que seria chamado caso outro hóspede precisasse sair - como o carro era alugado , não aceitamos)
This was a major highlight of our trip. The staff are unfailingly kind and generous. The room was very comfortable, and very quiet. The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel in my 40+ years of travel. The restaurants in the courtyard are wonderful, as well - though not affiliated to the hotel. Loved this place, the people, and the way they treat their guests.

El aislamiento con respecto al piso de arriba no es bueno y se oía todo el rato a los de la habitación de arriba andar y hacer ruido. Se echaba en falta un armario decente para dejar la ropa. De no ser por estos dos detalles les hubiese puesto un 10
