Schönes Hotel mit Style! Wir hatten die Suite mit Balkon - wunderschön, großzügig, auch das Bad, den Balkon haben wir dann gar nicht genutzt. Himmlische Betten. Gutes Frühstück im Garten. Das Personal ist hervorragend!

Le personnel était super gentils !! Le réceptionniste nous a bien aidé pour tout. Le reste du personnel étaient aussi très sympa.
La chambre est très jolie, on s’y sent très bien.

Really enjoyed staying here and had a wonderful vacation in Luang Prabang. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Andy was very professional in hosting and Leo was really thoughtful towards the guests. I also have to mention that the hotel’s design and decoration are really amazing. This tranquil place gave me lots of inspiration for my travel writing. By the way, there is a cat with four newborn babies — they were just adopted! Such a lovely place. I will definitely come back again soon.

We spent only two nights in this lovely hotel in Luang Prabang, but we really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect - away from the hustle and bustle of the town, yet still easy to reach on foot. I especially loved the little path that leads to the accommodation. It’s lined with trees and soft lamps that create a very peaceful atmosphere, especially in the evening.
Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary water bottles both upon arrival and departure. Andy was extremely welcoming and kind, which made us feel at home right away.
Breakfast was delicious and more than enough to start the day. I particularly enjoyed the baguettes and omelette.
Overall, the place feels very intimate and well managed. I really like that it’s a small property, which makes the atmosphere more personal and relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Luang Prabang and can’t wait to come back!

Very clean, comfortable, stylish rooms in a lovely historic building. Leo and his staff were very welcoming, providing advice and suggestions when asked, and giving great customer service. A good breakfast on the outdoor terrace, with freshly cooked food plus yoghurt, fruit and baguettes. The hotel is in a quiet residential area, about 15 minutes walk from the night market and central town. We enjoyed our stay so much that we returned later in our trip for more days.

Our 4-night stay at Fides Boutique was perfect. Leo and Andy welcomed us despite a late arrival and made sure we were all set before leaving us. Fides’ breakfast was lovely and its staff delightful. The location was near the night market, ATMs and restaurants yet quiet and peaceful at night. Our room was small yet very clean and had every comfort needed- a safe, plenty of towels, hangars, coffee/tea/kettle, daily room service, air conditioning and a really comfortable bed. Thank you to everyone for making our stay special.

Great hotel with great customer service. I had a video interview here during my stay and the staff were so accommodating, and the WiFi was excellent. Lovely part of town too, very peaceful. Couldn’t recommend more!

Very friendly and attentive staff. A peaceful location a short walk from the centre of town. Breakfast in the garden each day was divine.

Petit hôtel très bien placé proche du centre ville mais dans une rue calme. Petite chambre et salle de douche très propre, joliment agencée et literie très confortable.
Les déjeuners servis dans le jardin sont excellents, rien ne manque, les pancakes à l'ananas sont délicieux.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le personnel, le manager Leo à votre écoute qui vous aide dans vos recherches, mais aussi Pat et une mention spéciale pour Andy très gentil qui vous accueille et répond à toutes vos demandes avec le sourire
