Pros:

Great hotel with great customer service. I had a video interview here during my stay and the staff were so accommodating, and the WiFi was excellent. Lovely part of town too, very peaceful. Couldn’t recommend more!

A gorgeous place to stay in Luang Prabang

Une très bonne adresse
Pros:

Petit hôtel très bien placé proche du centre ville mais dans une rue calme. Petite chambre et salle de douche très propre, joliment agencée et literie très confortable.
Les déjeuners servis dans le jardin sont excellents, rien ne manque, les pancakes à l'ananas sont délicieux.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le personnel, le manager Leo à votre écoute qui vous aide dans vos recherches, mais aussi Pat et une mention spéciale pour Andy très gentil qui vous accueille et répond à toutes vos demandes avec le sourire

Entspannter Aufenthalt in stilvoll eingerichteten Boutique-Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Boutique-Hotel am Rande des Stadtzentrums/Altstadt. Altstadt ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Hervorragendes Frühstück!
Habe sogar noch ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen!

Excelente estadia

O hotel é excelente e conta com equipe e estrutura de muita qualidade! O quarto onde fiquei era espaçoso e silencioso. O café da manhã é excelente, preparado na hora a partir da escolha dos itens em um menu, o que o torna fresco e saboroso! O hotel está bem localizado e é possível ir a pé aos principais pontos de interesse. Obtive ótima recomendação de agência de turismo para fazer o tour para a caverna Pak Ou e a cachoeira Kuang Si. É muito importante citar o trabalho de qualidade realizado por todos os funcionários, especialmente Andy, e pelo proprietário, Leo, que cuidam do hotel com muito carinho e recebem muito bem seus hóspedes! Parabéns a todos e que sigam tendo sucesso!

Chambre individuelle minuscule.
Pros:

Emplacement légèrement en dehors du centre, calme la nuit ( malheureusement des travaux ont lieu immédiatement derrière l'hotel pour le moment).
Bon petit-déjeuner. Bon accueil.

Cons:

Même si c'est signalé dans la description, la chambre individuelle est vraiment petite ( avec le lavabo à côté du lit). La fenêtre donne sur un couloir donc impossibilité d'ouvrir les rideaux.

Every member of the staff works with genuine heart, making this solo senior traveller feel warmly welcomed and cared for. Peacefully away from the madding crowds, yet only a pleasant 10-minute stroll to the Old Quarter of Luang Prabang.
