Pros:

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Extremely great luxury and comfort. The room and property was beautiful. Loved the in-room onsen. I also really appreciated that the staff would come to your room and setup breakfast for you.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. I actually can't think of anything wrong or bad. Loved every aspect of the hotel and service.

Pros:

We were very pleased with the room; thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The hotel is an oasis of calm in the middle of the best area for seeing the city. The staff were accommodating and welcoming. We actually extended our stay by two days in order to better see this very special city. We had one minor miscommunication regarding the rate for our extension. This was due to linguistic difference no doubt. In all cases the manager was extremely helpful to resolve the issue and we left satisfied. I compliment the staff and in particular this manager, whose name I wish I could recall. I highly recommend this hotel.

Incredible accommodation, exquisite gardens, and superb food.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional. The traditional Japanese meal was prepared with care, and we felt very lucky to experience such a special meal. The attendants were wonderful too. very helpful and accommodating. THANK YOU!
