You're paying for the view and the location. The room itself could do with some renovation, but the view of the tree

Pros:

The owners are friendly, the place are quite and in good location. The rooms are big too.

Cons:

But they cannot speak proper English, it is very hard to communicate with them. And most of the time there was no one in the front desk.

Affordable very basic place.
Pros:

I just showed up shortly after my reservation. The location is all right except for a few things. I liked the free noodle ramen cups and the kettle. It was fairly quiet and the bed was comfortable enough. There is a coffee shop near but no food is served there.

Cons:

As long as you don’t mind the stairs…
Haven’t found any restaurants close by, nor convenience store in the vicinity.
