Kahvaltının tümü genel olarak çok güzeldi. hijyenik bir ortam vardı. personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. tekrar gidersek bu otel tercih sebebimiz olacaktır. Bayan Valeria bizimle çok güzel ilgilendi, tüm sorularımıza yanıt buldu ve yardımcı oldu. teşekkür ederiz.

3 gece konakladık. Odalar genişti fakat banyo malesef temiz değildi. Yerde saçlar vardı. Kahvaltı yetersizdi, bardaklar yumurta kokuyordu. Restoran Çalışanları ilgisizdi. Yataklar eskiydi. Lobide oturup zaman geçirebileceğiniz pek bir yer yok. Klimada problem vardı, hemen ilgilendiler. Konum iyi.

I was unimpressed with almost everything about this hotel.
Pros:

The decor has old world charm. The restaurant was closed due to a special event, but the bar was comfortable for a meal and beverage.

Cons:

I was originally given an interior room (no access to outside air) that was 86 degrees and the air conditioning was turned off at the property as is common with many European hotels before May. Two calls to the reception got me moved into a room with a small balcony that helped with temperature but had two twin beds the were hard and felt like springs were poking me.

Great value for money
Pros:

The property is clean. Staff is very helpful and the rooms are huge and comfortable. The location is also very nice

Pros:

Very nice and helpful stuff
Spacious rooms with high ceilings and wooden floors — quite unique among hotels; you don't feel cramped into the space

Cons:

Facilities start to look dated a bit — e.g., in one of the rooms they replaced the toilet seat with a cheap square one — on the oval toilet bowl (yes, the shape of the seat doesn't match the shape of the bowl).

The bathroom floors are slippery, especially in the provided slippers.

Отель очень красивый, уютный и с приятной аутентичной атмосферой. Интерьер продуман до мелочей, всё выглядит стильно и гармонично, создавая ощущение настоящего комфорта и уюта.

Особенно порадовали завтраки — разнообразные, вкусные и с хорошим выбором. Это отличное начало дня перед прогулками по городу.

Персонал заслуживает отдельной похвалы: приветливые, вежливые и очень отзывчивые, всегда готовы помочь и сделать пребывание максимально приятным.

В отеле чисто, аккуратно и комфортно. Номера ухоженные, а ванная комната — просторная и удобная, что добавляет ещё больше приятных впечатлений от проживания.

Отель удобно расположен на набережной: до старого города можно дойти примерно за 40 минут пешком. Рядом также есть несколько маркетов, что очень удобно для повседневных мелочей.
