Very pleasing experience with great hospitality recption took care

Cons:

Mostly all things were in place except minor issue like hangers only 1 or 2 available
Need to call the person for ac ac remote no battery
Tv was not setting need to call the reception

It was very clean, the staff were very polite and kind and they provided us with whatever we needed. I liked it very much and I recommend this place. If I come back, I’ll book again for sure

Extremely disappointing, pathetic staff and service. Complete waste of money.
Pros:

I made the booking through booking.com and on the same day of my arrival they said the property bas been booked by someone else and now I have to pay extra to get the apartment.
Secondly, the rooms were not that good as shown in pictures, fans were not working, two acs were not working out of the three, bed lights were not working too, no coffee in the rooms. I asked to change the room they didn’t do it however they tried to call someone who would help with ac but eventually no difference. Staff member on asking about coffee was extremely rude. They were disturbing us again and again to lower down the music though the music was at a decent volume and when these foolish staff already know that there is a group of friends coming, there will be music. Overall pathetic experience, will definitely not recommend.
