Расположение отеля отличное: с одной сторон - до старого города не торопясь пешком не более 5 минут, с другой - отель расположен в глубине от центральной шумной улицы. Номер чистый, достаточно просторный. Отдельное удивление - люстра... просто произведение искусства :) Кондиционер в номере не отключается когда уходишь и вытаскиваешь карточку, приятно возвращаться в прохладный номер когда на улице 42 в тени ... Дверь и окна номера выходят во внутренний атриум - тихо и удобно. Холодильник/чайник/телевизор - все есть, все работает. Были три дня, на завтрак накрывали отдельный стол, было не только много и разнообразно, но и просто нереально вкусно - местный повар Мухтарама ... вроде обычные блины, как она это делает - не знаю, но мы просто махнули рукой на "столько есть нельзя" :) Поезд в день отъезда был вечером, оставили без проблем вещи на ресепшн. Персонал дружелюбный, готов помочь с любым вопросом. Подключение к Wi-Fi отеля - мгновенное, скорость - отличная. Такси может подъехать прямо к дверям отеля, хотя внутренние улочки узкие. В Узбекистане мы не первый и не второй раз, и кажется, нашли в Бухаре отель, в который снова вернемся.

Amazing stay in the heart of Bukhara
Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, friendly staff and all within walking distance to the famous sites. We really loved our stay at Istat Boutique Hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough. Loved the beautiful lights in the room! The staff helped arranged early take away breakfast for us on the day we had to leave early for a tour, which we really appreciated. They also provided us with enough water bottles during our stay and also an umbrella to protect us from the intense August heat. We particularly enjoyed the melons and coffee for breakfast! Thanks so much for a really wonderful stay!

Wir haben ein paar Tage im Istat Boutique Hotel verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt in dem sauberen, sehr zentral gelegenen Hotel.
Betreiber und Personal sind äußerst freundlich, entgegenkommend, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig.
Auf auf alle unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse, z. B. veganes Frühstück, ist man eingegangen und sogar ein Geburtstagsgeschenk hab ich bekommen.
Wir können Istat Boutique Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, cama super cómoda. Su ubicación tambien es excelente ya que estas a menos de 10 minutos caminando del centro histórico.
El desayuno variado.
El personal encantador y siempre dispuestos a ayudar.
Super recomendable!

Globalement un très bon séjour
Pros:

Très bon emplacement à 5 min à pieds du centre historique; établissement nouveau, chambres propres et spacieuses; bon petit déjeuner fait maison. Personnel gentil et serviable.

Cons:

À notre arrivée il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre +35 degrés en plein canicule estivale (46 degrés dehors) rideaux et fenêtres laissés ouverts malgré la présence d’une clim. On a dû attendre plusieurs heures pour que la température descende à des degrés acceptables, on a été d’ailleurs obligés de la laisser allumée pendant tout le séjour; la télé ne fonctionne pas.
