Soggiorno piacevole
Pros:

Camera semplice e spaziosa, il bagno con doccia ampia ma nel complesso non eccessivamente spazioso.
Ambiente pulito, colazione a buffet decisamente buona, personale gentilissimo.
Posizione buona, in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva nella piazza di Bukhara da cui parte il centro storico.

Pros:

Tout était parfait. La chambre spacieuse, l’excellent petit déjeuner, le personnel aux petits soins. Le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour en Ouzbékistan.

Bell'hotel vicino al centro. Pulito e ben organizzato. Lo staff era fin troppo disponibile!

Cons:

Ci é dispiaciuto che ci fosse sempre la stessa persone giorno e notte a lavorare alla reception.

Dobra lokalizacja, kilka minut od placu Labi hauz i innych zabytków.
Bardzo dobre śniadanie, zarówno dla miłośników słodkości jak i tych, którzy preferują wytrawne jedzenie.
Pięknie urządzone wnętrza, prawdziwa uczta dla szukających oprócz miejsca zakwaterowania także przeżyć estetycznych, do takiego miejsca chce się wracać.
Możliwość zamówienia taksówki na dalsze wycieczki poza Buchare w rozsądnej cenie.

Great service and design, but sleep quality depends on the room
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had booked three rooms in total. First of all, I would like to highlight that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful — definitely 10 out of 10. The interior of the hotel is very beautiful and modern, and the cleanliness was generally good. Overall, the hotel itself is really nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had a major issue with noise in our room (No. 205). In the evening, we could hear very loud water noises coming from the pipes in the hallway. It was so loud that we could hardly sleep. One night, the noise started around 1:00 a.m. and was so intense that sleeping was impossible. The reception staff unfortunately could not really help us. With some luck, the noise stopped after about one to one and a half hours, and we were finally able to fall asleep. However, it started again around 6:00 a.m., with very loud sounds once more.
As a result, we did not have a restful sleep on either night, which was very disappointing, because a good night’s sleep is the most important thing a hotel should provide.
Since we had three rooms, we were able to compare:
In room 305, there were also disturbing noises, although not the same loud water sounds we experienced. In room 302, however, everything was quiet. So it really seems to be a matter of luck which room you get.
Additionally, in room 305, we found quite a few silverfish in the bathroom, which was unpleasant and did not meet our expectations regarding cleanliness.
Overall, the hotel is beautiful and the service is excellent, but the noise issue in certain rooms should definitely be checked and resolved.

We had a very relaxing stay and felt at home 😊
Pros:

It was a beautiful place, we had a spacious room with a big bathroom.
The location was perfect. The staff were really friendly and very accommodating and that’s what made it extra nice.

Fantastic small hotel and extremely friendly staff.
Pros:

Small hotel with an interior courtyard. Our room was on the second floor, 203. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. In fact, a light bulb had blown when we entered the room (it can happen to anyone), and they were concerned about what they saw as a fault. In fact, this gave them the chance to show their care for the guest by fixing it straight away. Just a 5 minutes walk from the city center.
Pros:
 Very centrally located
 Spacious room with everything you need
 Comfortable bed
 Two pillows per person
 Very friendly and helpful staff
 Full breakfast
 Quiet
 Pleasant atmosphere
 Very nice décor

Cons:

There’s no reason not to stay here; in fact, we’d definitely come back. Just in case, some posible cons next.

Cons:
 It is located in a narrow alley, which can feel a bit intimidating at night;
however, the city is very safe and there are no real issues.
 Mobile signal is weak, and the Wi-Fi connection is not very good.

Pros:

Отличный новый отель, пахнет свежестью и ремонтом, построенный как колодец - вид из всех окон во внутренний двор. Несмотря на это - очень тихо. Можно вечером сидеть на крыше. Всего 2 мин и вы в самом центре Бухары у памятника Ходже Насреддину! Хорошие завтраки.

A great stay with excellent service
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The room is incredibly comfortable, quiet, and pleasant. The cleanliness is also noteworthy. The beds are firm and comfortable. The breakfast offers great variety and high quality. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a 5 or 10-minute walk from the city center.

A special mention goes to the personalized service from Davlatbek and the rest of the team.

Cons:

If I had to find one minor drawback, the shower pressure is a bit weak and the water temperature doesn't get extremely hot. However, this might be an issue with the local area rather than the hotel itself.
