The efficiency of the staff members. The set up of the room. The tv had DSTV channels so entertainment was there. The restaurant had really good food as well.
The water pressure in the showers was very low, the room did not have a mini bar fridge so we could not bring cold stuff along.
The area is beautiful and peaceful. They have a good security therefore, we felt safe. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The rooms didn’t have microwave to warm the food and the iron was not available as other guests were looking it in their rooms. They was a late event at the property and we were not notified about it as they was noise
Wifi not operating
breakfast was awesome a mini buffet, and still have an option to request anything off the buffet. Location wise is accessible close to the main road. the problem is the network. I have sinus so the thatch didn't help at all. staff service very great. I love it
