Stunning! Would go again tomorrow.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, would return again and again. Reception staff and the female bar staff were outstanding. So helpful and friendly. Our room was stunning too, we loved our stay.

Cons:

David behind the bar wasn’t great. It felt like we were a hassle to him when ordering drinks etc. we weren’t the only guests that noticed this. And the other male barman could do with some training on cocktails. I had an espresso martini that was in-drinkable.

The fact it was child friendly.

These were minor issues and wouldn’t stop us returning.

11/10 hotel!!
Pros:

Literally can’t rate it high enough! Spotless, amazing staff, great facilities, location is spot on, it was just amazing! I use an electric wheelchair and the venue was extremely accessible.

We had a lovely time with everything on your doorstep. Just a bit too cramped!
Pros:

Fantastic location within a few hundred yards of the centre. Always sunbeds available no matter what time of day. Lovely happy staff and the hotel was ultra clean.

Cons:

The room was very compact and there was a shortage of wardrobe space. Also nowhere to put/store suitcases. The open plan shower and was only feet from the bed. Probably suitable for short stays but given we were there for a week it wasn’t ideal. Breakfast area for hot food/cheese ham etc was very small with only 2/3 people able to access at a time.

Krásný hotel s čistým a stylovým interiérem, ale celkový dojem bohužel kazí méně vstřícný personál.
Pros:

Interiér hotelu je velmi povedený, moderní a lákavý. Všude bylo perfektně čisto a celkově hotel působí velmi příjemným dojmem. Také bychom rádi vyzdvihli recepčního, který nás při příjezdu přivítal v našem rodném jazyce, což na nás udělalo skvělý první dojem.

Cons:

Bohužel nás zklamal přístup části personálu, zejména v oblasti F&B služeb. Komunikace působila spíše neochotně a nepříjemně, což negativně ovlivnilo náš celkový zážitek. Nedokážeme posoudit, zda to bylo způsobeno jazykovou bariérou, nebo momentální náladou personálu, ale rozhodně jsme se necítili tak vítaní, jak bychom očekávali.

Incredible little boutique hotel
Pros:

Lovely decor and location, very peaceful despite being near the middle of Soller. Staff were lovely and very accommodating! Enormous Emperor size bed which was incredibly comfortable - delightful! Would definitely book again.
