Pros:

Belle piscine, grandes chambres très propres, bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le WIFI ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres.
Les serviettes de bain étaient propres mais avec quelques taches jaunes.
Personnel peu souriant (hormis les Mr du petit déjeuner), nous avons eu l’impression de déranger à chaque demande faite.
Etablissement non sécurisé par une porte d’entrée .. toute personne peu y rentrer à tout moment.

Overall a great stay, good selection of breakfast and close to a lot of restaurants.
Pros:

I booked my parents and friends here for a 1 night stay and they had great feedback saying the staff were friendly and welcoming, the property was clean, and breakfast was delicious. They had a comfortable stay and would stay here again.

Considering the relatively high nightly rate, this accommodation does not offer good value for money
Pros:

The location is on a quiet, peaceful street.

Hot water is available in the shower, which is surprisingly rare in Siargao and appreciated.

Cons:

Ant infestation: Ants were everywhere, including the breakfast area, room, and bathroom. This was not a minor issue but full colonies, and no effective action was taken to address it.

Dirty towels: After requesting towel replacement, the new towels provided were heavily stained. When we informed the staff, they went through two piles of towels and struggled to find even two that were reasonably clean. Even those still had visible stains.

Bathroom condition: The bathroom was mouldy, and the mosquito/bug net was extremely dirty, dark grey from dust buildup, and likely torn in places, as small insects were entering. It appears it has not been replaced or properly cleaned for a long time, despite being an easy fix.

Breakfast quality: You can choose between a Filipino or international breakfast. The international option included one egg, two very thick, bread-like pancakes soaked in oil, and fruit (half a mango, banana, and watermelon). The excessive oil made the pancakes and French toast difficult to eat, and we were unable to finish breakfast on most days. If breakfast is offered, cooking quality should be improved. On a positive note, the mango smoothie (120 pesos) was excellent.

Sales pressure: From check-in until the end of our stay, we were repeatedly offered tours and bike rentals, which felt overly pushy.

Motorbike rental: We attempted to rent a motorbike on-site, but all three available bikes had defects, including one that would not start. We eventually rented from a nearby, more professional provider.
