I would 100% recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The attention to detail was to dollar!

Cons:

There was a festival on that was very noisy ( nothing they could do about it and they did warn us).

Great hotel, bad location

Very pretty and clean. Nice restaurant, good food

Cons:

Extremely hard to find, no real entrance which is so odd? You had to enter thru the back alley way? We were also locked out and couldn’t leave early in the morning to catch our taxi, someone had to unlock the gate for us at 4:30am.

The hotel is very nice but it is the weirdest location. Surrounded by insane amount of construction and a very small town with nothing to do, I wish there were more activities to do on property.

There are also no shampoo / conditioner or body wash in the bathrooms? Crazy.

Lugar Hermoso, Personal desmotivado y agresivo.

El lugar es hermoso.

La ubicación y el entorno son muy agradables.

El hotel tiene buen potencial por su estética.

Esta cerca al embarcadero privado para conocer los demas pueblos en barco privado una experiencia fantastica y costó Q800.00 para 4 personas en vez de los Q1500.00 si se reserva con el hotel (no reservar con el hotel, reservar directamente con los capitanes caminando 2 minutos al muelle)

Cons:

La actitud de la mayoría del personal fue muy mala.

La recepcionista y los camareros mostraron una actitud indiferente y poco profesional, como si no quisieran estar ahí.

Falta total de servicio al cliente: no ofrecieron ayuda con el equipaje, incluso sin ascensor.

Una de sus reglas es no alimentos o bebidas que no se hayan comprando en el hotel, algo ABSURDO para un hotel que no es all inclusive, y que ya estas pagando para estar ahi.

Comparado con otros lugares en Guatemala (Santa Catarina Palopó, San Marcos, Panajachel), donde el servicio es amable y atento, aquí la experiencia fue completamente lo contrario.

En general, el trato fue frío, distante y poco hospitalario.

Espectacular!
Pros:

Muy pintoresco! Todo impecable, muy amable el personal. El desayuno incluido no es buffet, es a la carta. El pueblo es muy pequeño pero más lindo que Panajachel y salen embarcaciones hacia el resto de los pueblos. La comida del restaurante está bien.

Cons:

Más caro contratar excursión privada desde el hotel que desde el puerto por nuestra parte.
