It was situated in a small town near Panajachel, the grounds were gorgeous. We got the lake view I would skip it. Save your $. Lake view is visible on the balconies. The room also had a funny smell and did stick to our clothes the next day but overall it was a very nice property. We did not try their food as we had brunch the next day at Kinnick. If you can get there DO NOT MISS OUT! We met people in Antigua who had food here and they said it was so good. I honestly believe them but we only stayed one night and checked in late so we really didn’t get to enjoy it thoroughly. Again beautiful property in a quiet area of town.

Estadia excelente em Lago Atitlan.
Pros:

Tudo foi perfeito, desde as instalações que são exatamente iguais as fotos, até o atendimento de todos os funcionários sem exceção. Em especial o atendimento do Osman no restaurante, super simpático e pronto para atender. A localização é ótima podendo chegar de tuktuk desde Panajachel e um pueblo muito acolhedor e aconchegante.

Nagyon drága szállás, kritikán aluli reggeli és hozzáállaás
Pros:

Gyönyörű a táj a szállás csak ettől jó. Sajnos az étteremben dolgozók feleslegesen vannak sokan-nem hatékonyak.
Reggeli: kritikán aluli: hűtőizű vaj, hütőizű eperlekvár, vagy rántottát eszel 4 napig vagy pancake-t. Más választásod nincs. Vagy gyümölcslét kapsz vagy 3 szelet kis dinnyét. A pincérek ott állnak és néznek mit eszel... és még nem végeztél de kikapjál eloőled a tányért. Egy ilyen drága szállásnak svédasztalosxreggelit kellene biztositania.
Régi lelakott szobák, besüppedt ágyak. Nincs száritási lehetőség.

A nagymedence jéghideg.
A szállás egyedüli vonzereje a forróvizes medence.
Problémánk volt a másik foglalással-a gyerek nem kapott a szobához reggelit-ki kellett fizetnünk plusszban. 500 Usd/4 éjre egy 10 éves gyereknek a reggelihe nem fért bele a szálloda kereteibe. A foglalásunkon az van hogy a végső ár tartalmazza a reggelit is-hát nem.
A környéken semmi nincs! Még egy étterem sem. Panajachelbe bejutni körülményes és drága.
Állitólag van a szállodának shuttle service to Panajachel... sajnos mi nem tudtunk élni vele mert a recepción letagadták!

-letagadták a shuttle sevice-t Panajachelbe.. hívni akartak 40 Q-ért tuktukot/fő... 5 fő voltunk...
-borzalmas reggeli- vagy tojás vagy pancake
-állott vaj, lekvár és hideg pancake az étteremből..
-nincs semmi a közelben.
-baromi drága igy az itt tartózkodás
-jéghideg nagymedence
-rosszul váltanak pénzt

Pros:

The view was incredible, the food at the restaurant was very good, the staff was amable, rooms were clean. On colder nights they turn on a fireplace.

Cons:

Its not at the waterfront there is a 5 min walk to the pier. It is in a separate town than panajachel so for restaurants and other atraccions it is a 10-15 min drive. If you want a quiter a little bit further away option this is great.
