Please note, car parking is offered on a first arrived, first served basis. An additional charge applies of GBP 29 per day.

Children are welcome to use the pool area however those aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult cannot supervise more than 2 children.The supervising adult must be physically in the pool.

Guests are advised due to the extremely popular Brighton location, at times traffic on Kings road and car park access can take some time. Please do consider this when planning your journey.

Perfect
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. Location on seafront by pier was perfect. Duty manager and other staff very helpful indeed. Upgraded room with sea view for no extra cost. Room was large, very comfortable and clean.

Overall, very good with the hotel located close to The Lanes.
Pros:

I liked to have been able to park my car in The Lanes car park ( level 2 ) and take the lift to the hotel reception.

Cons:

The breakfast let down the hotel, the mushrooms looked as if they came out of a tin and the sausages were second rate other than that the rest of the offering was good.

Fabulous stay, great location and great attention to detail
Pros:

Friendly staff, great location with parking a bonus, fabulous upgraded room and a welcome gift. We were celebrating a big birthday (50th) and the hotel staff made us feel valued with handwritten notes, a room upgrade and a birthday gift. This all made a difference to our stay, which was wonderful. A big thank you to all.

Cons:

The hotel was really great and whilst it didn’t bother us, the loud bass music from the nightclub across the road may not be great for some people, but this is not a reflection on the hotel itself, just something to note.
