Please note, car parking is offered on a first arrived, first served basis. An additional charge applies of GBP 29 per day.

Children are welcome to use the pool area however those aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult cannot supervise more than 2 children.The supervising adult must be physically in the pool.

Guests are advised due to the extremely popular Brighton location, at times traffic on Kings road and car park access can take some time. Please do consider this when planning your journey.

Great location and facilities and the right price
Pros:

Location was excellent. Parking option (at an extra cost) was really helpful. The room seemed well maintained. In room coffee machine was a bonus. Checkin process was smooth.

Great Location. Terrible Hotel!
Pros:

Location was fantastic.
Lovely breakfast.

Cons:

The property was very tired and obviously no money had been spent on it in a long time. Chairs were threadbare. Dinner was awful. Lots of the menu were not available both drinks and food. No hot water on one night. Incomplete and tatty information books. No safe in room. Bar staff too busy talking to serve. We had superior king rooms, I dread to think what a standard room would have been like.

Our stay was adequate
Pros:

Swimming pool and facilities.

Cons:

We had to ask for our room to be made up, awful coffee in room and they didn't replenish the toiletries.

It would come in for some criticism on "Four in a Bed", but nonetheless, we'd stay there again
Pros:

Location - Fabulous; Breakfast - Very good; Restaurant staff very attentive, particularly Rocio

Cons:

Welcome upon check-in could have been better; Ours was the most expensive room in the hotel and yet the stuffing was coming out of the sofa; Room could have been cleaner; Restaurant menu rather restricted

Stayed at hotel several times now bit disappointed this time tho as was there for birthday get together

Cons:

1st morning unable to have proper shower as tray just filled with water obviously drain blocked water was not running away so had to get ready to go out without proper shower not great feeling to go out meeting friends for the day reported to reception maintenance sorted the issue
