Children are welcome to use the pool area however those aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult cannot supervise more than 2 children.The supervising adult must be physically in the pool.

Guests are advised due to the extremely popular Brighton location, at times traffic on Kings road and car park access can take some time. Please do consider this when planning your journey.

Good hotel, I recommend
Pros:

I had a very enjoyable stay and would rate it 8/10. The staff were a real highlight of my experience, particularly the team at the pool/gym area and the bar staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I also loved the beachfront location, which made it easy to enjoy the seafront and surrounding attractions. The housekeeping service was excellent, with my room being cleaned daily whenever I was out. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

Cons:

Overall, I had a very positive stay, and there was only one minor issue during breakfast on my final morning. It appeared that a member of staff responsible for clearing and resetting tables was occupied with her phone for an extended period, which resulted in tables not being cleared promptly and cutlery not being placed on tables as it had been on previous mornings. My partner and I had to wait for a table to be ready and were unsure whether we should collect our own cutlery. We also noticed a few other guests doing the same. This was only a small inconvenience and did not significantly affect our stay. Apart from this, everything else was excellent.

Not great and too expensive
Pros:

The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the hotel is very noisy and you can hear all the rooms on each side, gym / pool staff are not very friendly. This hotel is extremely over priced
