Personal muy correcto y limpieza también. Desayuno completo y bueno. Ubicación perfecta, delante del mar y pegado a The Lanes. Muy fácil llegar a pie desde la estación de tren. Cama muy grande y colchón muy cómodo.
Breakfast excellent a great selection to choose from
On arrival had to park outside then had to wait over 15 for the reception to deal with a customer moaning about no air in his room needs to sought out booking in quicker if parking outside as i found out when a taxi hit my car
We stayed here when visiting an event and it was a great location right on the seafront and near to everything inc. good restaurants and shops in the lanes.
Receptionist Sev was reassuring very helpful and kind. I was treated like an old friend on checking in. JOSEPH on breakfast, superb customer care . Really sweet young man. Beds are amazing. The room was lovely. The views are fantastic

Room was spacious and quiet overlooking Central atrium . Good choice at breakfast with hot and cold options.
The pillows on the bed were much too firm they gave me earache. There wasn't a choice in the room of different types.
