Children are welcome to use the pool area however those aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult cannot supervise more than 2 children.The supervising adult must be physically in the pool.

Guests are advised due to the extremely popular Brighton location, at times traffic on Kings road and car park access can take some time. Please do consider this when planning your journey.

Great base for exploring.
Pros:

Great location and there is underground parking, although it's not attached to the hotel, you can park there and receive a discount on parking. Lovely breakfast choice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room & nice toiletries 😊

Cons:

I forgot my phone charger & assumed there would be usb sockets in the room. Unfortunately there wasn't any which surprised me for a ' modern hotel ' staff at reception pointed me to a local newsagents to purchase one.
Also noticed the carpet in the breakfast area was frayed and lifting, which was a trip hazard. I did mention it. The room didn't have an opening window, so it was a bit stuffy. Pillows were too hard for my liking.
I would however stay again.

Really pleased to find this hotel in its location and with the wonderful open lounge / communal area
Pros:

The hotel kindly upgraded us to a seea view room which was excellent. There are a few signs that the hotel is not brand new but the overall standard was superb.
The breakfast was well presented and provided a very wide choice and the possibility of sitting on the mezzanine level looking over the sea was very special indeed.

It was ok
Pros:

The size of the room was good and the bathroom was nice.

Cons:

I asked for a quiet room but was given a room above the bar so could hear the music. Bed was not comfortable at all and neither were the pillows.

A great stay highly recommend!
Pros:

It’s in a great position, lovely clean modern hotel, beautiful atrium to have breakfast in! The staff were lovely have us a suprise upgrade for my husbands Birthday, plus some extra lovely touches! Can’t recommend enough, stayed once before and this time didn’t disappoint either!

Great location , a comfortable room with an enormous bed, and car parking facilities. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. It's not our first stay here and we will undoubtedly be back.

Cons:

Car parking was still very expensive despite the hotel discount, but that's Brighton for you!
