Please note, car parking is offered on a first arrived, first served basis. An additional charge applies of GBP 29 per day.

Children are welcome to use the pool area however those aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult cannot supervise more than 2 children.The supervising adult must be physically in the pool.

Guests are advised due to the extremely popular Brighton location, at times traffic on Kings road and car park access can take some time. Please do consider this when planning your journey.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel waterfront Brighton. From start to finish, everything was flawless. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, which really made a difference to our experience.

The hotel is perfectly situated in a great location, making it ideal for enjoying everything the area has to offer.

The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was clear that cleanliness and attention to detail are a top priority at this hotel.

A very special mention to the staff, who went above and beyond to make my daughter feel extra special for her birthday. They greeted her with a thoughtful gift bag and card and even accommodated her request for her favourite room, which truly made her stay unforgettable.

Breakfast was another highlight. There was a great selection of food, all fresh and delicious, and it set us up perfectly for the day ahead.

This is clearly a popular hotel, and you can really see how hard the staff work, so a big thank you to all of them for everything they do.

Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location and comfortable room
Pros:

It was our wedding anniversary during our two day stay. The receptionist Izzy advised our room had been upgraded. She gave us bottle of Merlot. A very nice personal touch. Thank you.
