We loved the warm welcome from the reception young lady called “Ella” this lady went above and beyond to help us with everything during our check in Ella is such an asset for the leonardo royal waterfront Brighton hotel
I can’t answer this question
Good location near the beech
Pretty unpleasant smell in the corridor..
Clean and smells good everywhere.
Friendly staff and very polite.
None!!
Location was great. Really good to have a pool. Breakfast finished too early for me to have any.
Breakfast should go on a little later. Parking charge is excessively high for guests.
The staff were lovely and my husband even got a birthday gift on check in as well as a free room upgrade. The view of Brighton seafront was beautiful. The location of the hotel was fantastic just a short walk to the restaurant we had booked.
The sauna was full with the same people going in and out of the sauna before my husband and I could get to it!
We got a free upgrade to a sea view room! The staff were lovely and were very kind. Very centrally located near the pier and many bars / pubs.
No early check in, but that is all really. Can't really fault the place. We got more than what we paid for.
The staff were very helpful
The room
Was dusty ( we have dust allergies ) me and my baby were sneezing away , I asked for it to be cleaned and the dust wasn’t cleaned, it actually had strings of dust hanging from the ceiling .
LOCATION IS OPPOSITE TO BRIGHTON PIER.
HAS ITS OWN CAR PARK. BUT ITS FIRST COME FIRST PARK.
Great breakfast and great views to eat it. Lovely staff.
Excellent location, really easy to find from the train station, literally 10-15 min walk.. Think it is easily accessible by car too, with a multi storey nearby, which hotel can validate. We were upgraded to a sea view room which was really clean and spacious. Great in room facilties. We visited the swimming pool, it is quite small, you wouldn't be doing lots of lengths, but good to relax with sauna and steam too. The Breakfast was full of choice, extremely well organised and one of the best buffet experiences I have encountered as you never felt it was too busy or chaotic, despite there being lots of guests about. The staff across the hotel were extremely attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again for the comfort and location.
Our air conditioning was not working initially, I think this should have been checked before the room was allocated to guests. We had to ask twice to get it looked at, once on the evening of check in and then the following day as it still hadn't been resolved and the room was really stuffy. It did get resolved thankfully after asking the second time.
Excellently laid out, very spacious & a good atmosphere. The location for the sea front & the shops was spot on.
Very central location. Was quiet and the staff were friendly.
The sauna and swimming pools closed at 7:30pm, which was very early, especially for guests who want to go out and come back and use these facilities later in the evening.
