Children are welcome to use the pool area however those aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult cannot supervise more than 2 children.The supervising adult must be physically in the pool.
Guests are advised due to the extremely popular Brighton location, at times traffic on Kings road and car park access can take some time. Please do consider this when planning your journey.

Excellent location on the waterfront. In good condition and comfortable. Breakfasts/evening meals were good.
When booking in was given two card keys, neither of which worked when I got to room (third floor) so had to come back down. Friend I met up with there had same problem. Was not a great start.
How central the hotel was and how open it was.
Nothing really
Facilities were very good, the sauna in particular. Breakfast choice and service was fantastic. The room, looking out onto sea front was perfect, bed and all furniture was comfortable and well designed
Parking charges in Brighton were expensive.
God frokost. .Bra treningstilbud. Høflig personell. Stor god seng. Kaffi på rommet.
Heis var i ustand. Litt slitt hotell. Savnet kanne med ekte engelsk te til frokosten. Flere steder å henge opp håndkle, Knotten for oppheng på døren var ødelagt.

Going home
The room was spotless and the view from the third floor fantastic! The room had a good size and the bed very comfortable. The room had all I needed it for a comfortable stay. Also, the location was the best! opposite to the seafront, and the area on the ground floor was spacious with a nice view too. Breakfast was good too. The staff friendly.
In general was really good maybe the pool area needs some improvement like more changing rooms and direct access from there to the pool. The pool was fine. Difficult to reach on the phone for food service at night.
On arrival, we were upgraded to an executive room, also a bottle of wine.
It made our visit very special.
No issues at all

The room was dark (“windows” go out into the lobby). Our rooms were not available at the stated check in time, despite having been at the property a couple of hours early. Unfortunately not the standard or service one would expect for the price.They charge 6 quid extra for room service.
It was clean and up to date with fantastic facilities available.
The car park smelt very strongly of urine and so did the lift between the hotel and car park. The breakfast was not the best considering the price we paid for it.
Breakfast was great,staff were great . We ,my wife and I were given special treatment as they were aware that we were here to celebrate our 10th wedding . We spent 2 fabulous days here and we were exceedingly happy.Hopefully we will be able to stay here again.
If I had one criticism it would be ,that we ate at the restaurant there the 1st night ,and we found the a/c was too high ,my wife was a little too cold ,it therefore made the food go cold a bit sooner than I personally ,would have liked .
