Pros:

The hotel is new. It's trying very hard. The hotel has a "no guest" policy which is curious considering where it is located. This should have been made clear during booking.

Pros:

Staff was courteous, but the key card system did not work for the first day of our stay, so staff had to let us into our rooms. Room was lovely, but cordless hair dryer was not charged. After waiting with wet hair for it to charge, it was very weak and took forever to dry (and I don't have a lot of hair!) Hot water was insufficient to fill jacuzzi tub enough to use jets and you could not use jets without also using the fountain setting, which made it impossible to relax or read a book without getting your face set. Overall, lovely decor and attentive staff, but more aesthetic than functional.

Thank you to the entire front staff along with the housekeeping, the stay was excellent and I commend on the professionalism and their ability to help, when things are needed. They greet as you walk into the hotel and when you come from your room to the lobby. Great place,
