Beautiful, super comfy with outstanding views
Pros:

Super comfy with a huge verandah looking out to sea, modern and clean…. loved it here!

Cons:

It’s good to know there are currently major buildings works next door and more minor renovations in the 2 lowest bungalows of Lux. There is also now a cafe between the small infinity pool and the sea which does partly block the view from the pool. Progress!( note this property winds up a steep hill from the coastal path)To be honest this was not a big deal during our visit but could be if loud machinery or tools were being used as the adjacent property buildings are very close. At the moment the main issue is building supplies stacked up in the entrance way .
This is not the place for you if you hate steps. We stayed in the lowest currently habitable bungalow ( no 4 I think) and there were 60 steps from the coastal path entry.

Pros:

The location is great on the cliff and not far from anywhere, we walked everywhere from here. The staff were amazing! The vibes were awesome at the pool and it has a great view. Very comfy beds and big rooms. Very good value

One of our favourite stays!
Pros:

We stayed in the joint family room and the views and location were amazing. The room was beautiful with bunk beds for our kids and it was serviced and cleaned each day by the friendly staff.

Pros:

Loved absolutely everything about Lembongan Lux Villas! We stayed 3 nights (not long enough) and will definitely be back to stay! The view from our room was amazing of the ocean, the actual room it self was massive, the bed was super comfy! Bathroom was big as well! We also had our own balcony to sit on and look out at the view. The staff were super friendly and helpful and we can’t wait to be back💛

Leuke locatie en mooi zwembad maar huisjes zijn sterk verouderd.
Pros:

Ligging is mooi en vooral zwembad biedt prachtig uitzicht.

Cons:

Alle bungalows hebben onderhoud nodig. Eigenaar is het langzaam aan het renoveren maar dat gaat zeker nog twee jaar duren.

Pros:

Fantastic location, great staff beautiful small pool overlooking beach, but so many steps to top level, only to have a roof of the unit below smack in the middle of our view from our balcony, surprised by how good the water pressure was considering we were on an island too
Nice and close to many restaurants

Cons:

No access to park scooter, had to be left down at the beach parking area
The stairs are horrendous only book if superfit

Very nice location. Clean and comfortable room with amazing views. Very cool swimming pool with views to the sea. Great price-quality relation.

Cons:

There are a few broken tiles in the swimming pool, and I cut one of my toes while enjoying the pool. The personnel didn't have any sanitary alcohol.
