This was probably the best place we stayed during our month of traveling in the Philippines. The apartment was beautiful, new, and very clean, with spacious rooms that felt open and comfortable. The aircon and fan worked perfectly, the living room had a nice TV, and the kitchen and fridge were well-equipped. Towels and toiletries were provided, and there was even a thoughtful touch of peanut cookies (we couldn’t have them as they weren’t vegan, but it was very kind).
The residential area was lovely, peaceful, and secure, with friendly and helpful security staff. The rooftop offered incredible views of the ocean and beautiful sunrises. There’s a charming oceanview local bar just around the corner, and the apartment is far enough from the crowds while still close to everything you need. A small supermarket and gym were available on-site, and we saw the pool on our last day, it was beautiful and empty, though we were out exploring most of the time.
The owner was wonderful, always quick to respond to requests. We rented a scooter from him, and he even waited a few hours for us when our boat was delayed. Communication throughout our stay was excellent, making everything very smooth.
The only minor downside was that there wasn’t anywhere to hang wet swimmers, which would have been convenient after a beach day.

The property was very safe and well maintained. Staff was very accommodating. Condo was clean and well kept. Stocked with all amenities needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again
Nice new condo
After traveling for months, we really missed cooking so it was important to have a kitchen. This place has an air fryer, which we don’t even have one in the states! So we made bake potatoes one night- yum! There is a grocery store 10 mins with limited veggies and meat is frozen. The big grocery store is 20 mins away into Bohol with more options.
Because of the location, you’ll have to get a scooter. There is just no way around it. The guard knows a guy that will bring a scooter to you for about 400/500 a day. There is a resort ( Mayan) within walking distance that has food if you arrive famished like us. Pool area was nice.
The place is tight but totally manageable, we ended up changing our plans last minute and stayed for an additional 2 nights. There is an additional bed that is also served as a couch and having a smart TV was nice to have chill evenings at home.
The bed is a little on the small side. We asked for additional sheets so one of us could sleep on the couch. Maybe this is a Philippines custom we’re just not used to. There are ants. While understandable if they are in the kitchen but they were all over the flat. Including the sofa, so that was annoying after a while. Seems like they are living in the plants that are situated around the house.
The place is an awesome place to stay for a vacation. It was a nice place to relax and refresh with the clear view of the mountain and the sea. It felt like home.
Cleanliness and privacy. Since it’s a new location, hardly any guest. Always have pool to yourself!
