The place is clean
No enough towels and utensils for a group of four. There is a drainage issue in the washroom. There is no rag, extra gargage bag and slippers in the room.
The bed was conformable, classy, clean. The room's interior was tastefully done.
The bidet of the toilet was leaking which made the bathroom wet, gross, and unpleasant
We originally booked this place to stay for one night after my friend's wedding since it was close to the venue. Unfortunately, we missed the wedding due to Typhoon Kristine. We were surprised when the owner reached out to offer us the option of rescheduling without any additional fees, including parking. She even allowed us a late check-out at no extra cost when we finally arrived. While we wished we could stay longer, we had to check out early due to another typhoon (Pepito). Overall, we loved the place, and the unit was incredibly cozy. We’ll definitely book here again for a longer stay.
Location and completeness of kitchen equipment and other room facilities
Though the toilet and bathroom is good, the flooring needs to be improved since it is prone to slip, especially when the floor is wet
The room was clean and everything works. Shower heater, kitchen, a/c, etc. were all working well. It was comfortable and the self-check in was neat too. WiFi was fast.
Location is not the best but it's okay. I had a car so I was able to go out easily. The surrounding area is dark at night so its not walkable.

The kitchen was worn down and the stove has grease marks that look like they've been there for a long time. The parking instructions were not clear and I would've appreciated if the owner explained this further. I was expecting the parking spot to be within the compound, instead, we were asked to park in a makeshift parking area that was maybe 100m away. This would not have been a problem if the streets were well-lit. It's also a hassle if you are carrying heavy bags because the walk does not feel safe. It was also not clear from the posting that the other amenities it had proudly stated all had separate fees if the guest wishes to use them. The towels smelled funky so we did not use them as well.

Our stay at Casa Lucas was nothing short of amazing. As a couple looking for a relaxing escape, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The room was cozy, impeccably clean, and truly exceptional in every way. The view from the balcony was simply serene. The pool, with its luxurious design, looked like something out of a high-end resort, adding an extra touch of elegance to our stay. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. We left feeling refreshed and already planning on our return. Casa Lucas is a gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and delightful retreat.
