Relaxing stay, very clean and peaceful
Pros:

Really clean space and everything you could need was there but they still kept the space looking neat and spacious. Really comfortable. Check-in was also very smooth. The place was peaceful.

No bedsheets/blanket for the futon even i have reminded the owner before checkin. Though she apologised, she should have double checked it with her caretaker as I trusted her reply "I will".

Clean, breezy and welcoming stay
Pros:

Very accommodating and ease of communication with the staff/owner/representative

With access to some toiletries and has an extra bed too to accommodate additional guest

Pros:

The place is clean

Cons:

No enough towels and utensils for a group of four. There is a drainage issue in the washroom. There is no rag, extra gargage bag and slippers in the room.

Pros:

We originally booked this place to stay for one night after my friend's wedding since it was close to the venue. Unfortunately, we missed the wedding due to Typhoon Kristine. We were surprised when the owner reached out to offer us the option of rescheduling without any additional fees, including parking. She even allowed us a late check-out at no extra cost when we finally arrived. While we wished we could stay longer, we had to check out early due to another typhoon (Pepito). Overall, we loved the place, and the unit was incredibly cozy. We’ll definitely book here again for a longer stay.

Excellent room, good value for money, especially if your purpose is to have peace
Pros:

Location and completeness of kitchen equipment and other room facilities

Cons:

Though the toilet and bathroom is good, the flooring needs to be improved since it is prone to slip, especially when the floor is wet

Great comfortable place for relaxation and alone time
Pros:

The room was clean and everything works. Shower heater, kitchen, a/c, etc. were all working well. It was comfortable and the self-check in was neat too. WiFi was fast.

Cons:

Location is not the best but it's okay. I had a car so I was able to go out easily. The surrounding area is dark at night so its not walkable.
