Beautiful rooms, really spacious, clean and comfortable. The roof terrace is a beautiful spot for breakfast (which was delicious) and cocktails of an evening! The staff were fantastic and so helpful in suggesting places and arranging airport transfers. Really couldn’t recommend it more and would definitely stay here again if returning to CDMX.
Everything was fab!
Hotel Dama is an absolute gem in Mexico City. The design is stunning — every space feels intentional, blending contemporary elegance with warm Mexican touches. Nowhere is this more evident than in the rooms themselves, where the huge marble showers are a total wow moment — the kind you actually look forward to after a long day of exploring the city.
Mornings are just as special. The included breakfast at the rooftop terrace is a treat — delicious food with sweeping views over CDMX to start your day. And come evening, that same terrace transforms into an unforgettable dining experience, with creative cuisine and a magical atmosphere, especially at sunset.
If you're visiting Mexico City and want a hotel with real character, stunning design, and amenities that genuinely impress, Hotel Dama belongs at the top of your list, defenetiley coming back.
nothing, everything was beyind expectations.
The rooms & interior design were beautiful.
The location was dark when I arrived late at night as a solo female traveller. There could be more light, more security. Even though I liked the hotel overall, I probably wouldn't stay there again as a solo traveler.
The staff could have been more alert / better vibrancy amongst the staff. Everyone was nice & okay but the overall service level wasn't what I would expect at that price range of a hotel.
The breakfast experience could have been more indulgent/generous food-wise.
Gorgeous, art, vibe, modern
I wish there were a gym
Location
Uncomfortable, noisy plumbing too expensive

Super comfy beds, nice design in room, great shower.

Location- Staff- cleanliness-rooftop bar.
Heavy rains caused basement flooding that resulted in No hot water for our last two days.
Brilliant location, staff, rooms and food/drink.
Nothing whatsoever
Such a beautiful space and decor.
The location was in a beautiful quiet area with tons of cool restaurants and coffee shops.
The rooms were stylish and comfortable .
The upstairs terrace was had good food and cocktails.
The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean.
This boutique oasis in Condesa was absolutely wonderful! The people who run this hotel were so kind, and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a lovely stay. The mid-century minimalism of my room was executed to perfection and every inch of the space was spotless. The shower was massive and had a window which I always appreciate. Listening to birds chirping while you shower is another level of peace that just can't be beaten. I can't wait to stay here again on my next trip!
Great hotel in wonderful location. Rooms were well appointed and shower was great. The terrace where breakfast was served was so lovely. All of the people that worked there were fantastic.
Very small quibble, the room was small and I understand that, but there was enough room for one chair which would have been nice to have some place to sit other than the bed. But other than that, the room was lovely.
