Generous sized apartment for my family of 4
One of the en-suite showers was scolding hot and temperature could not be adjusted.
Collecting our room service meal from the main hotel in stormy weather and uphill was less than ideal

Staff were excellent. Reception staff always went above and beyond. Cinema is class and made a well evening very enjoyable. Location is great and handy parking. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna all fab.
Food and drink is on the high end pricing so just be prepared for that if your planning a stay here. Room service menu and actual availability of food are different so be sure to check before deciding by reading the menu only.
