Relaxing and good excellent
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent ,staff were a bit slow on checking if guests required anything else once they'd been served

Cons:

Unfortunately a jar of coffee disappeared from our room. The reception staff replaced it but you do have you wonder if things going missing from rooms was a regular occurrence

The very best in Cork, should be a 5 star!
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Staff were brilliant, accomodation superb. Well worth the visit!

Cons:

A mistake occurred with our evening meal. Management dealt with the matter professionally. We have no complaints.

Pros:

Das gesamte Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend – man hat sich von Anfang an richtig wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön gestaltet und sorgt für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Vom Wellnessbereich hatte ich mir etwas mehr erwartet. Es gab leider kaum Möglichkeiten, sich hinzulegen und wirklich zu entspannen, was das Ganze etwas eingeschränkt hat. Aber ansonsten war er auch sehr sauber und der Pool ausreichend groß.

Everything except the beds was brilliant.
Pros:

The property is gorgeous. The dining staff were charming and attentive. The pool and gym were actually the best hotel facilities we’ve seen in a very long time. The in room coffee and tea options were fantastic. They had little shortbread biscuits to have with our Barry’s tea. So great. We also liked that we could connect with your own Netflix account.

Cons:

The mattress was quite hard as were the pillows. So while everything else was brilliant, I hardly slept.

Great location, luxurious hotel with plenty of free parking in cork city centre
Pros:

Free hotel parking in the centre of Cork. So close to the main roads in and out but up a big hill (but good public transport) Excellent views and a lovely free art deco cinema

Cons:

Not much to comment on!

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely brilliant—warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. It really made a difference and gave the whole experience a personal touch.

Overall, we loved our stay and cant wait to come back again. Highly recommended if you’re looking for somewhere with great service and beautiful surroundings.

Ken needs a bonus !
Pros:

From we walked through the door the staff took over .
Shout out to Ken, the doorman / concierge,missed him before we left , looked after us from start to finish.
Whatever you're paying that man isn't enough .
The staff looked after us from start to finish, even giving us water for a journey when leaving .
