Bel hôtel mais trop cher
Pros:

Emplacement très chouette, superbe vue, lit confortable, la majorité du personnel était à l’écoute (l’hôtesse du déjeuner parlant français était très chouette!)

Cons:

La chambre était au sous-sol, vue sur rien, comme si on nous cachait. La salle de bains « accessible » très peu pratique lorsqu’on n’en a pas l’utilité (barrière pour rentrer dans la douche, toilettes trop proches du lavabo, lavabo trop bas). Une des hôtesses (Mélissa) n’a cessé de trouver des excuses toutes faites lorsqu’un problème était soulevé. Le parking soi-disant automatique dont la barrière ne se lève jamais, il a fallu appeler la réception à chaque fois. Une alarme incendie s’est déclenchée à 3h du matin la première nuit, puis s’est arrêtée au bout de quelques secondes, nous n’avons jamais su pourquoi.

Schönes Hotel mit toller Terrasse
Pros:

Das Hotel hat sehr freundliche, aufmerksame Mitarbeiter*innen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es ist sauber.

Cons:

Der große Rumdum-Blick scheint zu fehlen. Gewisse Kleinigkeiten stören bei einem so schönen Hotel. Vor allem im Aussenbereich.

Food was exquisite, don’t be fooled, the doors are not automatic, their staff is just wonderfully attentive.
Pros:

I love the view and the layout of the hotel. You can walk the garden and sit in the sun, looking out at the incredible view of the river and hills. It’s an uphill walk from the train station but worth every step. You can also take an inexpensive taxi ride up to it.

Geweldig!
Pros:

Hygiene was geweldig, bed lag lekker, bioscoop was heel leuk en zwembad was prima. Mooi restaurant en voortreffelijk ontbijt.

We loved the resort but were disappointed with the accommodations
Pros:

The property was amazing…set on a hill with wonderful views. The bar was so nice and the restaurant and outside terrace was beautiful! Nice touch with the theatre! Staff was amazing and our bartender, Pavi, was a wonderful mixologist!

Cons:

We had one of the two bedroom apartments which I didn’t realize was NOT air conditioned and there was a heat wave. The room was incredibly hot so uncomfortable to sleep even with the windows wide open and two small fans. Didn’t want to be in the room at all. There was also a problem with the water in the bathroom. If left on for a bit it would go super hot and then you could not get any cooler water so showering was a challenge.
