The property is beautiful and well kept
Nothing - everything was perfect
Fantastic rooms and rooftop space
Disappointing 2nd night due to fire in kitchen. Couldn’t eat at restaurant and this was not handled well by staff. Did not notify us that booking cancelled.
la musique trop forte et permanente à la piscine donc pas moyen de lire ou de faire une sieste...
les spectacles l'après-midi...pas nécessaire non plus
Loved the property and the location
The Pearl spa looked great but the service very poor from the receptionist with her lack of knowledge and interest them moving on to the treatment room that had a steam room that we was told to sit in without being turned on because it apparently steam up the full spa so they only turn on when necessary ( us booking in for treatment I would have said this would have been necessary) as for the hammam I would say do not waste your money on their spa or treatment . Definitely more beautiful spas in Marrakesh dedicated to a relaxing and much cheaper with better experience.
The property is centrally located
The staff was mediocre, hard to communicate with some of them, especially when requesting extra towels. It was a problem. The rooms are old and outdated. The bathrooms on the rooftop were also not to what the standards should be. The door handles were falling off and just very little attention to those things. I don’t think the rate of pay was worth it honestly.
Nice rooftop and spa
The rooms were very noisy because of somekind of motor who was always on,also during nights!
The rooftop pool and bar was fantastic. The breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
The rooftop restaurant had very little available on the menu and we had to order food that was not our preference.
Localização e conforto.
Quantidade de toalhas…
Everything
Staff forcing tips
The property is beautiful. The location is quite exceptional as well. The staff is great , very welcoming , professional and very helpful. We had not had the chance to try the restaurant but we heard that the food was great and we will for sure try it on our next visit to Marrakesh…
The hotel has a trendy rooftop bar (beautiful bar by the way) but the music is quite loud till late in the night. So we were at the 3rd floor and could hear the music quite loudly. So not the place if you like quietness.
We had problems with our key card. They moved us to another room but experience the same problem after 2 days. The key was not working at all and we could not access the room. But the technicians came straight away to try and fix the problem.
We went to the spa as well …it was fine but they need to pay more attention to details. We have been to many beautiful spas around the world and are able to give a good feedback. They have not asked to fill in a form at arrival (which most spas do - medical questions, allergies, type of pressure, choice between different type of massage oils…), i was not given slippers, in the relaxation room my husband was not given a towel. And I was offered a tea but not him…. So small details but important ones….
Tous
Rien
Very nice hotel indeed. Luxury setting and superb staff interaction and attention. Cool roof top bar great views.
Very expensive wine menu even by the glass, costly overall per night. Friday & Saturday evening the downstairs restaurant/bar has a DJ which goes on until 2am. You can hear the music base on the 2nd floor until it stops. Any light sleeper will be kept awake. It seems its mainly put on for the local community which makes me think why? I'm all up for a late drink and did so, but If so then cap it until say 12:30.... It's a hotel after all and the hotel guests wellbeing and experience should be priority.
Breakfast was nice. Good variety.
