Pros:

The property is beautiful. The location is quite exceptional as well. The staff is great , very welcoming , professional and very helpful. We had not had the chance to try the restaurant but we heard that the food was great and we will for sure try it on our next visit to Marrakesh…

Cons:

The hotel has a trendy rooftop bar (beautiful bar by the way) but the music is quite loud till late in the night. So we were at the 3rd floor and could hear the music quite loudly. So not the place if you like quietness.
We had problems with our key card. They moved us to another room but experience the same problem after 2 days. The key was not working at all and we could not access the room. But the technicians came straight away to try and fix the problem.
We went to the spa as well …it was fine but they need to pay more attention to details. We have been to many beautiful spas around the world and are able to give a good feedback. They have not asked to fill in a form at arrival (which most spas do - medical questions, allergies, type of pressure, choice between different type of massage oils…), i was not given slippers, in the relaxation room my husband was not given a towel. And I was offered a tea but not him…. So small details but important ones….

Excellent hotel, great service nothing less from the Nobu brand. Shame about the late night DJ.

Very nice hotel indeed. Luxury setting and superb staff interaction and attention. Cool roof top bar great views.

Cons:

Very expensive wine menu even by the glass, costly overall per night. Friday & Saturday evening the downstairs restaurant/bar has a DJ which goes on until 2am. You can hear the music base on the 2nd floor until it stops. Any light sleeper will be kept awake. It seems its mainly put on for the local community which makes me think why? I'm all up for a late drink and did so, but If so then cap it until say 12:30.... It's a hotel after all and the hotel guests wellbeing and experience should be priority.

Hotel excelente mas restaurantes muito caros! Se prepara!

Quarto excepcional. Equipe fantástica. Atendimento excelente. O Hotel é lindo!

Cons:

Tudo no hotel e extremamente caro! Comida, bebida bem acima de qq hotel no mesmo padrão. Chega a ser exorbitante os valores. E as piscinas tanto do spa quanto do rooftop precisavam ser aquecidas pois são muito geladas.

Our stay at Nobu Hotel Marrakech was absolutely exceptional, truly one of the best hotels!

We were there to celebrate our mum’s special birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it incredibly special. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with traditional mint tea and warm smiles. The staff were polite, friendly, and genuinely attentive, nothing was ever too much to ask. They even surprised us with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more memorable.

Every detail was perfect, the cleaning service was outstanding, the room was spotless every day, and the property itself is stunning: beautifully maintained, elegant, luxurious, and it smells divine!

A special mention to Hassan, the hotel manager, who personally made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay, and to all other staff, whose constant smiles and kindness made us feel so welcome. We were truly treated like royalty.

Thank you so much to the entire Nobu Marrakech team, your exceptional service and hospitality made our trip unforgettable. It hasn’t gone unnoticed, and we’re deeply grateful.

We can’t wait to return!
