Pros:

The best homestay I have been to so far. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature and walking distance from a wonderful little restaurant. In the evenings we saw fireflies on the terrace and in the morning we could sip our coffee while watching the cows in the field. The family is so lovely and they helped us with booking tours and transport, and you can rent motorbikes and bicycles straight from reception at a very good price. We will be coming back! ☺️

Уютные и комфортабельные бунгало с красивым видом
Pros:

Очень уютные бунгало, новые, достаточно просторные для двоих, есть опции приглушённого света! Невероятный вид на рисовые поля, ночью я даже видела светлячков на поле, а днём там ходят буйволы. Находится в отдалении от центра города, но рядом есть кафе Lotus с вкусной едой и приятными сотрудниками, куда мы часто ходили. Ночью спать оооочень тихо!!! Полный восторг

Владельцы приветливые, хорошо говорят на Английском и готовы помочь со всеми вопросами, порекомендовать ресторан, позвонить по поводу прививки и так далее. Доступен прокат велосипедов и байков.

Cons:

Соседские собаки кусаются! По дороге в Lotus Restaurant живут 2 собаки, которые укусили моего парня за ногу 😭 Это не ошибка Happy Field, они наоборот помогли нам, но собачки расстроили

Nicht wirklich zu empfehlen, da gibt es deutlich besseres für den selben Preis

Großzügig und sauber

Cons:

Es gab keine Möglichkeit, seine Kleidung aufzuhängen, irgendwo abzulegen oder dergleichen.
Das inkludierte Frühstück bedeutete, dass man aus drei Gerichten eines auswählen durfte, auch wenn das allein nicht satt gemacht hat. Dazu kam, dass die pho eindeutig ein Fertiggericht aus trocken der Packung war.
Alles andere hätte man bezahlen müssen.

Der Manager/Besitzer des Homestays war sehr daran interessiert, weitere Dienstleistungen an uns zu verkaufen, ließ sich kaum abwimmeln.

Schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir waren drei Nächte in der Unterkunft und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer bemüht alles zu geben, damit unser Aufenthalt perfekt verläuft. Wir konnten über sie eine tolle Höhlen-Tour buchen, Wäsche waschen lassen und Fahrräder mieten. Die Lage war unserer Meinung nach perfekt, weil man mit dem Fahrrad alles entspannt erreichen konnte, es aber nicht so voll war wie im Zentrum!
Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr komfortabel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne nochmal wiederkommen!

Pros:

Location de scooter sur place. Petit déjeuné bon. Possibilité d'arriver très tard. Très bon restaurant a coté

Cons:

Piscine a l'abandon. Personnel un peu insistant pour vendre ses excursions. Chambre un peu vêtus et pleine de fournis dans les lits. Localisation éloigné de tout

Das Bett war bequem, das Frühstück war lecker!
Sehr praktisch, dass man Roller und Fahrräder direkt vor Ort mieten kann.
Der Inhaber war nett und hat seine Hilfe angeboten als wir beide mit einer Lebensmittelvergiftung im Bett lagen.

Cons:

Leider hat der (anfangs sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite) Inhaber versucht uns zusätzliches Geld aus den Taschen zu ziehen. Ein früherer Check In wurde uns nachträglich berechnet ohne, dass es beim Check in kommuniziert wurde. Das dann trotzdem zusätzlich das Frühstück an dem Morgen berechnet wurde, kam uns im Nachhinein auch komisch vor.
Das geliehene Fahrrad sollte direkt bar bezahlt werden und ist trotzdem am Ende nochmal auf der Rechnung gelandet.
Es wurde eine Tour zu den Höhlen über die Unterkunft gebucht, die aufgrund einer Lebensmittelvergiftung nicht wahrgenommen werden konnte. Auf Rücksprache hieß es, dass die Tour noch storniert werden kann. Am nächsten Morgen hieß es dann, dass 20% der Kosten einbehalten werden müssen. Ob das der Tour-Anbieter einbehalten hat, wissen wir nicht, jedenfalls fanden wir auch hier die fehlende Kommunikation und Transparenz wirklich sehr schade!

Echt een heel leuk en mooi verblijf in Phong Nha! Als je twijfelt om in het stadje zelf te verblijven of er buiten dan zou ik 100% aanraden iets in de natuur te boeken, dat is echt supermooi in Phong Nha. Het uitzicht bij deze huisjes is echt fantastisch en de bedden ontzettend comfortabel. Ontbijt is heerlijk en de eigenaren helpen je overal mee. Wij kwamen om 3 uur in de nacht aan maar werden vriendelijk opgewacht. Ik zou dit 100% aanraden!!
PS ga eten bij restaurant Lotus dat zit er naast en is echt ontzettend goed!!
