Je suis trés satisfait avec ma famille de mon séjour chez vous.
Pros:

Sincèrement le petit déjeuner était très correct, le personnel sympatiques, acceuillant et disponible.
En plus, l'endroit est super près de toutes les comodités.
Et même je prévoi de revenir au Grand anatolia en mois de septembre.

Cons:

peut-être qu'il faud revoir ou bien renforcer le volet nettoyage quotidien des chambres , sinon tout est parfait.

Pros:

Очень удобное расположение отеля, рядом метро и остановка трамвая. Очень удобно добираться из аэропорта, автобус Наваюст останавливается в 10 минутах ходьбы от отеля.
Фото отеля соответствуют полностью. Завтрак разнообразный, каждый выберет что ему по душе.

Felt like home
Pros:

Everything!!! So, I couldn't travel with my parents because I was working; they don't know any English, and the hotel staff helped me contact them. That was amazing; the food was excellent, and the location was as well.

good public transport accessibility

Cons:

the room was outdated, needed renovation, there was a leakage from the sink and a lot of mold in the bathroom, thorn towels, bad sheets feels like not properly washed, in general a lot of dust and unclean bathroom
