Bagno nuovo, Piscina pulita

Cons:

Personale reception e camerieri.
Ci era stato detto in reception che le bevande erano comprese nel menù ma in realtà al momento del pagamento ci hanno conteggiato le bevande come extra. Segnalato il problema alla ragazza della reception mi è stato risposto di parlare con i camerieri in modo scocciato

Pros:

Per un disguido non erano state riservate due stanze, bensì una tripla. Lo staff, gentilissimo, ha provveduto, essendo l'albergo al completo, a trovare una sistemazione presso altro hotel nelle immediate vicinanze.
Tutto quindi si è risolto al meglio.
