Pros:

I like the manager/owner/caretaker very much. He is a young man who lives with his family at the property. He is very friendly, polite, and helpful.

Cons:

The property was far from Gangtok city. I spent one night in Gangtok and booked my room here because I wanted to travel to North Sikkim the following day. The rooms were tiny but, of course, one of the cheapest. The breakfast was okay. The TV did not work. In Sikkim, all plug points seem loose for any regular mobile chargers.

Good, bad and Ugly.
Pros:

The ambience was extremely beautiful. Amidst the beautiful hills of Gangtok. I wanted to stay there forever!! The staff was too good and helpful @ Mr. Lahang Limbu😇

Cons:

A little far away from the main centre. Had to spend 6 to 8 hundred per day just to and fro market area 😔 Extended my stay for another 2 nights from 30 Dec to check out on 01 Jan; but had to pay the same amount as for 3 nights.💔 Couldn't understand the logic by BOOKING.COM

Pros:

I liked the staff , the cleanliness and the beautiful view and the food provided. Specially the terrace was a thing of beauty.

Excellent...
Pros:

I visited last february, This residence is great to stay...Solo or Family.
-Friendly and Responsible Host.
-Room quality is great...Prepared, Clean with hot bath facilities)
-Cold weather but no problem...They served hot and delicious Food.
-Excellent view Morning, Day & Night.
As a traveler you can find almost every facilities.

Cons:

But there have one problem,
If you are a solo traveler or with family, If you want to visit the local area and want to feel the local vibe by walk without local, Then "Be Careful" you will face a problem with DOGS. Almost all over the area dogs were very aggressive and i don't know why there master didn't teach them how to behave with guest...
I was just walking...and sometime stand to take rest to reach the hotel because the hotel is too high to go by walk... by that time i faced to many dogs some with master and some are not...i was shocked...it was frighten...
I don't know how to love again dogs...because,
I am also a dog lover person but when i visited there i was surprised about dogs behavior...
There master should take some responsibility by train them...how to behave with guest...Otherwise guest will never come second time...
