Apenas aceptable
Pros:

+ La ubicación. Está cerca del Malecón 2000, que es el punto principal de la ciudad en términos turísticos.
+ Venden snacks y refrescos en la recepción.

Cons:

- No ofrecen lineamientos claros. Cuando reservé, el correo indicaba que solo se podía pagar con tarjeta; cuando llegué era al revés, solo aceptaban efectivo o transferencia digital.
- El personal no maneja bien el sistema de Booking. Cuando llegué no encontraban la reserva, aun cuando la hice con mucha antelación.
- Venden muy caros los snacks y los refrescos, no se justifica, porque el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad.

Pros:

El personal ha estado atento y disponible. La cama era cómoda y cuenta con lo necesario para pasar buenas noches. Está cerca del centro turístico.

Cons:

El ruido de la calle: las obras de noche, y el megáfono de publicidad en bucle a partir de las 8:00 de la mañana. Por la tarde noche pronto, está todo cerrado y da poca confianza la calle, mejor desplazarse en taxi.
