Pros:

Very nice hotel located conveniently for reaching all places like mangalore, udupi, murdeshwar, kollur, sringeri. All within 1-2 hrs driving distance.

Provides very nice rooms with all amenities. Restaurants are also good.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, staff was good and friendly as well as food is good we will back again

Good and food was tasty and friendly staff.

Cons:

We would prefer little firm bed and at present used more softer bed which we felt not comfortable in UVA Manish.

Good location and breakfast. Rooms are spacious.

Cons:

Staff can be more professional, especially the ladies at the front desk in the morning shift. Took extra 10mins to prepare the bill though they were informed an hour in advance.
No room slippers provided.
Room service doesn't take orders on call. They came to the room and cribbed if we had to order more food or drinks. Staff management needs improvement.

We enjoyed our one night stay strong Uva Manish. Great ambience, good location, delicious food and friendly staff.

Cons:

Stayed only one night. I do have any negative observation, except the fact that a balcony could really add value to money.
