Le prix est assez avantageux pour Tamarindo, mais alors on comprend rapidement pourquoi dès l’arrivée. De nombreux équipements de la chambre sont cassés (tringle de rideau pour ne pas être vu de l’extérieur, cuvette des toilettes, l’unique porte manteau, clim faisant un bruit monstre…).
Et pour couronner le tout, la personne répondant sur whatsapp se moque bien de nous. Nous sommes arrivés dans les temps au café, mais il était fermé et nous n’avons pas pu être servis du petit déjeuner compris dans le prix, c’est inadmissible!! et ne vous laissez pas berner par les soi-disant 13% de discount offerts au café 13, il est fermé TOUTE la journée.
Franchement nous sommes restés une nuit pas deux!

El personal de la cafetería muy amable, el desayuno estaba muy rico.
Nada, todo super bien.
La organización, aunque no disponen de recepción física, no tuvimos ningún problema en nuestra estancia.
Las chicas de Café13, que trabajan para el hotel, son muy simpáticas y nos han ayudado en todo, Erika, cocina fabulosamente bien, Gari Y Neri, muy atentas con el servicio, y Laura en administración muy amable, para que no nos faltara detalle.
Nos llamó la atención las reseñas anteriores negativas, el hotel ha cambiado y la gestión ahora por lo que hemos visto nosotros mismos, es muy buena!
Limpieza, agua caliente, aire acondicionado, y justo enfrente de la playa, el desayuno incluido… no se puede pedir más!!
Quizás, la atención personalizada al llegar a la puerta, de hace un poco frío, pero nos adaptamos bien, para llegar a la habitación y recoger la llave. Es muy sencillo

No hay personal a la hora de llegar, nadie te atiende ni contestan llamadas, la recepción esta cerrada 24/7. No hay parqueo y te dicen que puedes dejar el carro al frente y resulta que es un parqueo de empleados de otra empresa, por lo que nos dejaron ingresar. El parqueo más cercano está como a 500 metros y cobran ₡1.000 por hora. Tienes que pagar para que te atiendan (solo por transferencia o depósito) y dice que no es reembolsable la reservacion. Como pagas algo a alguien que ni siquiera conoces, no te contesta y no sabes si te van a atender o puedas ingresar al lugar. Luego de 45 minutos nos indican que el pago no se hizo, una vez que se hizo el pago, nos indican que aún no se ha hecho. Luego de casi la hora de esperar afuera nos dan las indicaciones y pudimos ingresar. Se está perdiendo el contacto con el cliente que es tan importante.
Indican que el desayuno está incluido y es una muestra del mismo. Porciones sumamente pequeñas.
Tudo limpo e organizado, auto check in, fácil. Ducha na entrada para tirar areia. Basta atravessar a rua e já está na praia. Bem perto do centro, bares e restaurantes. Não poderia ter escolhido melhor.
Infelizmente os preços em Tamarindo são altos e o Surf Ranch não é diferente, mas é a melhor opção considerando os custos de lá.

I wasn’t even able to get the self check in codes to get into my room and yet they say that they have video of me sleeping in the room at noon. Nope. I have asked to see video and what I look like and codes and lockbox code for room I was never able to access as I have no phone and was using a friend’s and the codes came 15 minutes later and I had separated from my friend and his phone I was using so this place i lying and no refund?!?! UNPROFESSIONAL LYING THIEVES
There were cockroaches in the bed and room.

Do not book, it’s not worth it. Pay a bit extra and go elsewhere.
The location, the room is comfortable, it’s a nice place.
There were no towels to dry your hands, the bathroom mat didn’t absorb any water, and it was very easy for water to spill out of the shower. There’s only one trash can in the bathroom , there should be one under the desk as well. The hairdryer didn’t work either.
There’s also a lack of organization with communication and the staff. On the last day of my stay, breakfast wasn’t going to be served and no one gave any notice. When I got to the place, the cleaning lady just said breakfast wasn’t being served, and that was it, no solutions. I had to message the owner, who wasn’t even there. They offered me a free lunch for the following day, but I wasn’t going to be there anymore
