Pros:

Notre vol a été annulé, nous avons donc dû réserver pour une nuit.
Très bel hôtel, propre et confortable. Nous avons quitté à 5h du matin, le personnel nous avait préparé des petits sacs lunch. Merci encore!

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Service, tollem Zimmer und perfekter Lage.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders gefreut hat uns das kostenlose Zimmer-Upgrade. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist ideal, und das Zimmer war sehr schön, hygienisch und hatte eine tolle Aussicht.

Cons:

Es gab eigentlich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Lediglich für die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten mussten wir auf die andere Seite der Stadt fahren, was etwas umständlich war. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Отель очень понравился.Летели через Стамбул и нужно было переночевать не далеко от аэропорта.Большой,чистый,уютный!Номера просторные и комфортные,есть все необходимое.Завтраки вкусные.Отдельно хочу отметить персонал.Очень отзывчивые и приятные люди.

Cons:

Нас было три человека, оплачивал номер на троих. В итоге дали номер с одной большой кроватью , мы попросили принести еще одну кровать но так и не принесли. Входная дверь очень тяжело закрывалась. Женщина закрыть сама не может, только мужчина, ее надо поднимать для закрытия или открытия.

Fortunately for us, only a transfer hotel for one night

The hotel is nice, but you don‘t know if it intends to be classic or modern; the receptionists and the concierge were very friendly

Cons:

The additional bed was really unconfortable; the team from breakfast was totally unpolite. None of them said “good morning”. The cook was ok, but he didn’t undestand English. In the evening, the staff in restaurant it was ok but the prices are huge and undeserved

Good place but the staff could adress the issues faster than they did

It has good spacious rooms

Cons:

The AC wasn’t working. We had to contact the staff 3 times about this issue and the three times they promised that after some time the room will cool. It never cooled.

After the 4th complain they moved us to another upgraded room which is appreciated
