Very modern with air-con, polite staff and a comfy bed!

Cons:

I think it’s an issue in general on Phi Phi but the drains really smell in the room. We saw this on so many reviews for other hotels as well. There was also a tannoy speaker right next to our window that would go off at 5am during prayer to Allah. We were warned of this when checking in and were provided with earplugs.

Convenient location and helpful staff—overall a solid, recommendable stay.
Pros:

The hotel is in a central location—just a short walk from the pier and close to everything in town. The rooms are modern, and when my initial AC malfunctioned, the staff immediately moved me to a new room with powerful air conditioning. It is the perfect base if you just need a convenient place to sleep while spending your days out exploring. All in all, I was happy with my stay and would recommend it!

Cons:

While there was no loud street noise, the external AC units created a noticeable, constant rumbling sound. Additionally, many rooms face inside the roofed bazaar so there isn't much of a view, and the property could use a bit of minor ongoing maintenance despite being listed as "newly renovated." Pro tip: if you turn on the bathroom ventilation fan, definitely open a window first—trust me, you'll want fresh air coming in from outside rather than where the fan forces air to pull from!

Alles, nur zu empfehlen! Grosse und schöne Dusche, gute Klimaanlage, grosses bequemes Bett, immer frisches Wasser, Kühlschrank, perfekte Lage (ruhig aber im Zentrum und praktisch direkt am Pier)

Pros:

It’s centralized and a few minutes walk from everything. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. There’s daily housekeeping. The water pressure from the shower was great and with hot and cold water (It seems they saw previously reviews and worked on it).
