Un soggiorno più che sufficiente
Pros:

La struttura è grande e accogliente, immersa nel verde, con un fiume che scorre nelle immediante vicinanze. C'è una piccola piscina, forse un po' troppo distante dalla struttura, che comunque non abbiamo utilizzato. Il personale è professionale e disponibile. La colazione manca del dolce, ma c'è frutta e salato. La cena è molto buona, anche se il servizio non è velocissimo, ma questo riguarda un po' tutte le strutture dello Sri Lanka. La camera è pulita, con una porta un po' sgangherata. Per noi un soggiorno nel complesso più che sufficiente.

Very bad experience as we managed to leace the hotel as early as possible in the morning

Great place to relax
Pros:

Great location with a beautiful view. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice clean room with comfortable bed. We really loved our stay here.

A peaceful lakeside escape with beautiful views, friendly staff, and cozy rooms.
Pros:

The stay was absolutely amazing and relaxing. The environment was calm and quiet, exactly the type of relaxing vacation I wanted. The staffs were friendly and very accommodating. The manager treated us really well and it felt like home. The rooms were spacious and perfect to relax.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful location
Pros:

I had a sense of being in nature. And really liked the eco friendly standards of the hotel. Comfortable rooms with a beautiful view of the river near by. Food was absolutely delicious. And the staff were really helpful and they go above and beyond to ensure your comfort.

Schöner ansprechender Ort/ Wunderschöne Lage
Pros:

Eigentlich ganz schöner Ort. Leider waren zuviele kleine Ameisen...krabbelten sogar auf unseren Betten. Frühstück war auch ok. Wäre es nur etwas sauberer, würde es mehr ansprechender sein.

Cons:

Ameisen im Zimmer. Essbereich(Frühstück) schmutzig. Wenig Wasser und Warmwasser kam auch nicht für eine kurze Zeit. Essen überteuert.

Good staff and location, bad water speed and not properly cleaned rooms
Pros:

It was a nice natural location. Staff was good and friendly

Cons:

Water speed was very slow. There were some bugs in the room and room cleanliness was not very good
