Location was good and peaceful

Cons:

You can hear everything through walls including neighbour snoring all Night. No coffee or tea supplies for first eve unless I paid 1.50 sf per tea bag but sugar was free. No mention of milk. The picture on booking.com is misleading it shows a chalet which is not one of the rooms. This chalet can be booked at a higher cost as we considered moving when we got into the room on arrival. The rooms are in just a wooden block. For the same money we found other hotels which looked far nicer. As we wanted a base to get in and out of Interlaken we decided to stay but would not recommend

Gorgeous mountainous views, the room was spacious and very comfortable, lots of parking space, amazing staff, and stay is close to all attractions in Interlaken.

Pros:

Personnel très accueillant, coin calme et facile d’accès. Tout est sur place pour passer un agréable moment: restaurant, spa, bar, « boutique ».

Cons:

Quelques tout petits détails, linge un peu ancien (housses trouées) et lit un peu dur.
