A creepy experience
Pros:

Nothing.
Checking in with no human assistance is far from straightforward unless you are someone who does this all the time. Stuck outside the gate after a 7 hour drive completing an online form in Italian and taking photos of passport pages. Several rejected submissions and very tempted to ditch this hotel and find another. Eventually a QR code was emailed through. Don't ever leave the building without this code or you'll never get out of the gate or back into the hotel. The only people who save money with this system are the owners, because the rate to the customer isn't even slightly cheap.

Cons:

Everything about the hotel except the bed and the shower. There was a SciFi film called 'Coma' which involved a building keeping unconscious patients alive for use in organ transplanting. Everything about the place was digitally controlled and no actual staff anywhere at all. This is what your hotel reminded me of. Never again.

Pros:

L'acceuil très gentil et efficace (nous arrivions de nuit), la taille et la fonctionnalité de l'appartement, la propreté irréprochable. Très belle salle de bain et très grand lit double et literie de qualité.
Nous y retournerons si nous devons séjourner dasn la région.

Cons:

Des stores un peu plus occultant que les rideaux actuels pour ne pas être réveillés trop tôt le matin avec le soleil.
Sinon tout était parfait.

Absolutely positive.
Pros:

There is no option for breakfast, but there are many coffeeshops available around 5-10 mins distance.
The self-checkin/out system works well, the rooms were extremely clean and spacious, well equipped, the whole room furniture etc is exceptionally functional.
We had a pleasant stay, Fausta is a really great online navigator, communication is easy with her via SMS.
I recommend the hotel.

Cons:

The area is very industrial, and far from Milan, but still reasonable for the circumstances.
