Pros:

The location is very near to downtown and restaurants. The service for foods are also good.

Cons:

1. Aircon is not working well and nit cold enough to cover the entire room. Suggest to upgrade into split type aircon which can make the entire room cold for the Guest be comfortable to rest and sleep.
2. Pillow is very high and uncomfortable
3. The blanket is small and very thin considering the room is on executive level
4. Toilet is untidy as well as the toothbrush is very hard that can damage the gums of the person using it.
5. You cannot make phone call to other rooms so that you can connect with your families staying on other rooms.

Definitely Star Hotel
Pros:

The Management and staff is very responsive and attentive. Room are clean and spacious. I definitely coming back when i'm around the area.

Cons:

None. but i can see that some renovations which is good for the future to be fix asap.
