Pros:

Clean, comfortable room

Cons:

No signage- Difficult to find, I had to walk around until I found a neighbor who could show me where it was.
No staff on site - The neighbor called the owner and a woman came, scanned my passport, handed me the key, and said "goodbye" and left.
Location - On the beach, it's off season so deserted (not bad) but lots of trash on the beach. Also not safe to swim.
Breakfast - Woman came back the next morning with 2 eggs and bread, fried the eggs, and left. I ate, packed, left the room payment on the bed, and left.
The whole experience was a little bizarre.

All in all we had a great stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He provided everything we need and also brought
Pros:

The property offers a lot of space and beautiful view over looking the Beach and the sea. You will have sunrise view in the morning. We could use the whole property ourselves and also use the washing machine.

Cons:

The room as well as the kitchen and the pool was not as clean ad expected.
