The staff was exellent specially Iskander Batirov and Nekati Gezerer they were very friendly, willing to help, knowing Istambul and give as advice about places to visit we are really grateful for that

Все идеально, обязательно вернемся.
Pros:

Путешествовали мои родители. Эта была первая поездка заграницу родителей, но персонал до такой степени были идеальными, что родители до сих пор говорят о них. Во всем помогали и были очень вежливыми. Обязательно этот отель еще раз выберем.
Также идеальное место расположения, близко с Ая София.
Завтрак был хорошим.
Отель чистый и удобный.

Convenient hotel in the heart of Istanbul
Pros:

The small, family-run hotel is very close to the main sights and the T1 tram
stop. The reception staff were very nice and helpful with everything. The
breakfast was delicious and varied, the bed was comfortable, they cleaned every
day, changed towels, gave coffee and tea bags. The hotel met our expectations,
we felt very good.

Cons:

The only negative is that due to the acoustics of the building, noises from the
corridor, slamming doors, loud conversations could be heard in the room. This
can be a bit disturbing, especially at night.

В целом и общем рекомендую этот отель для проживания. Негативных впечатлений не оставил.
Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля, в шаговой доступности 5-10 минут до основных достопримечательностей. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов, также 3-4 небольших супермаркета. В исторической части в обменниках курс невыгодный, нужно пройти или проехать 2-3 остановки на трамвае в сторону Аксарай, где курс значительно выше, например, в туристической зоне 42 лиры за 1 доллар, через 2-3 остановки 44 лиры за 1 доллар.
Завтраки довольно хорошие для такого уровня отеля: омлет, вареные яйца, сыр, брынза, фета, колбасная нарезка, горячие местные закуски, френч фрайз, разнообразные джемы, печенье, кексы, мед, фрукты, чай, кофе, мюсли, молоко, йогурт и даже первое на завтрак. Чисто и аккуратно, сервис отличный. Большое спасибо работникам кухни.
Номер убирают и меняют полотенце ежедневно, чистота, в номере есть электрическая батарея для отопления и кондиционер, чайник, кофе, чай, сахар и бутылка 1,5 л воды каждый день. В ванной верхний душ, не душевой шланг с лейкой.
Персонал на ресепшн отличный, некоторые говорят на русском, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать, с просьбами не отказывают, идут навстречу. За это большое спасибо, отдельное спасибо Искандеру.
