Perfect location between Ferringhi and Georgetown
Pros:

Very nice stuff who took care of us.. earlier check-in and leaving our bags on the check-out day were absolutely no problem!!
The rooms has everything to offer what you need if you want to spend the nights there..

Pleasant stay overall, except for a staff incident
Cons:

A staff member entered our accommodation room to clean without informing us beforehand. When we opened the door, we were surprised to find the staff member inside the room. The staff member was also wearing slippers while inside the room, and I informed him that we pray in that area.

I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure better communication, respect for guests’ privacy, and sensitivity to religious practices in the future.

Pros:

Cozy property with friendly staff. Those who are looking for a budget stay near the beach, this is a good option. The bed is big and firm, the pillows are firm too. Wifi and hot water supply was 24/7. You get a free iron with stand at the corridor for use. The cleanliness was up to the mark. We had issues with the toilet flush, they repaired it instantly. Really liked the cordial behavior and nice cooperation and instant service of the property manager Mr. Ravi. He also gave us suggestions on areas to explore. Wishing all the best to whoever is visiting next! I recommend staying in upstair room 208, though it’s a bit congested, it has a small balcony which ensures a nice city view. In one word - GAiA is heavenly for budget travelers who are looking out for a calm and experiential stay.
